Perfect waterfront property with endless activities to enjoy the water. The pool was refreshing and the views of the water are amazing, definitely recommended for all!

Beautiful property on the waterfront in Palmetto, Florida. Best part about it is the water and fishing dock. Lots of fish coming through from the ocean. There is even a cleaning station for when you catch something. Pool is very nice, and conveniently equipped with inflatables. Kayaks are also available although we didn’t make use of them. Maintenance comes by often to keep the pool clean. Lots of beach towels. Very well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Adequate seating for larger groups. Multiple beds making it a perfect fit or families traveling with small children. Location is excellent, in a less busy and quiet area, yet easy access to Bradenton and Anna Maria, as well as St. Pete and Clearwater. We liked to go in the evenings when the beach is less busy and the weather is cooler. Owners are very accommodating, easy to work with, and make every attempt to to fix any mishaps. We will book again in the future! Thank you for having us!

The home is very comfortable. The air conditioning keeps the house cool and the king bed is very comfortable (there were only two of us). The kitchen is huge and has everything you need. The pool is large and the docks were great for fishing. There are lots of fish there. I used live shrimp and just dropped the line by the dock; no casting necessary. I caught several grey snappers and a yellow tail . I also had my line busted once and cut once by some large fish. Suggest using steel leaders. You can also catch all the catfish you want by casting and staying close to the bottom using a float. If you use a sinker you will hit bottom and collect a whole lot of moss. We look forward to staying here again.

This house and it’s location was a dream! The kitchen had two sinks, two dishwashers and almost two of everything else with a drop dead water view. The dock left us speechless with how big it was. It had multiple parts and the lower level made it easy to drop the kayaks in with my teens. The kayaks are provided and you just have to get them from the garage to the dock which was easy with the fence gate. We even saw dolphins! The pool was gorgeous and changed colors at night. They even had solar powered adorable/cool lawn lights at night. It was easy to get to great restaurants and Instacart delivered our groceries including adult beverages right to the front door. Easy to get to Sarasota. The couch was perfect and cozy. Linens/Bedding/Towels were very nice. It was a short 4 night, 3 day day stay for a college tour and my kids didn’t want to leave. The owners were super helpful and the instruction book was great. When we did my daughter put her hand on the front door and said, “Goodbye beautiful house!”

This home is a Beautiful gem hidden in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to main roads and convenience. Kitchen is designed for the home cooker and the pool is a plus in this Florida heat.
State of the art deck with plenty of space for fishing.

We enjoyed our stay at “ Sailors’s Retreat” over spring break! The backyard view on the water is breathtaking! Very private and quiet. Kids enjoyed hoping out of the pool and grabbing their fishing poles and fishing off the dock. House was very well equipped with everything we needed, including pool towels. Saw dolphins every morning too! Drove to AMI for a beach day. Recommend parking at Coquina Beach by 9:30am for tons of free parking. Utilized the trolley as well to head up north to Bridge Street from Coquina which was a great way to save $ on parking. All in all a great week!

Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The backyard view was beautiful and we got to see dolphins! The pool was amazing and everyone in the family enjoyed it. Definitely would be a place we would go back to.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The location is fantastic and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out, exploring the neighborhood and observing local wildlife. A rare find!

Everything and more. Very pleasant stay, wish itcould have been longer. Breakfast on dock in morning with several dolphins swimming back and forth, jumping out of the water next to us. Enough said!

Everything was exactly as advertised and the property was great! The dock was awesome for our boats and we all enjoyed our stay very much. The owner stopped by for a few minutes, she was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Great rental, we would definitely like to rent it again!
4.7
Outstanding view. Dock was well designed and could accommodate large and small boats. Covered fish cleaning station - a real luxury
House could sleep 6 kids in bunk beds and 4 adults in two bedrooms

The cleaning lady was very nice and the home was pleasant. If you want Pina Colladas bring your blender as the one there had no jar. If you love an extremely soft bed then you will be happy, if you have a bad back you're probably better off on the couch. The pier and fish cleaning station is awesome, caught a lot of catfish and something really big that took our pole.

This house is the best hidden gem. Quiet cul-de-sac location. The backyard is a farm girls perfect oasis getaway. Beaches close by, but enough to do at the house to keep the kids entertained when mom and dad wanted to rest. Because vacations these days are for r&r! Bonus, the pool is heated for those cooler spring days/nights. Plenty of towels and bedding. More kitchenware than you can shake a stick at. Super clean, everything in working order. Absolutely perfect. Can’t recommend enough. We can’t wait to come back. Host’s super friendly, was very nice conversing with you throughout our stay! We named the dolphin Maddox. Tell him we said hi if you see him and his pod! Yes, we saw dolphins. It was amazing! Look no further, this house is everything and more! Thank you for sharing your house with us. So blessed to have found it!

In a fantastic location, by the water , pool was good, house is very, very, well stocked , nice / pleasant inside, tv,s hard to understand , but managed some how , clean enough and well prosecuted, outside was very untidy in general, grass needed cutting, needed insect spaying ants everywhere, but really enjoyed our stay and would come back next year if the out was sorted, overall good with a bit of tlc could be be absolutely fantastic

We checked In to attend our daughter’s gymnastics regional championships and decided to make it a small vacay. This house was AWESOME! It’s in the quiet side of the bay, with great fishing. The pool was warm and the views were just perfect. The house was clean and so welcoming. We would stay there again!
