The brand-new home has timeless and charming character highlighted by thoughtful, top-notch architectural details and styling throughout -- like custom millwork and paneling, antique rough-hewn beams, and more. The expansive Main Level is comprised of a welcoming foyer, flanked on either side by an Office/Den and Game Room with pool table. The foyer opens into a spacious sun-filled Great Room with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, multiple seating areas, and two sets of French doors that open onto a large screened porch, and then out to the Pool Area. New pictures added as available.
The fully-equipped Cook's Kitchen is anchored by a large center island with counter seating and features stone countertops, custom cabinets, and top-grade stainless steel and cabinet-fronted appliances. The Kitchen looks out to a TV/Family Room with gas fireplace -- as well as a sunny formal Dining Room with vaulted ceiling. French doors open out to a Dining Patio for outdoor dining, and an outdoor Living Area with pergola, wood-burning fireplace, and seating by the pool.
There are a total of three bedrooms -- all with en suite baths -- located on the Main Level, including a Primary Suite with vaulted ceilings, walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired bath with double vanity, glass walk-in shower, and soaking tub. French doors open out to the Pool Area and outdoor shower. A private staircase above the garage, leads to the second-floor bedroom suite with vaulted ceilings and en suite bath.
Outdoor living centers around the 18 by 36-foot heated gunite pool with built-in spa. There is a large bluestone patio surround that connects with the outdoor Living Area. A large screened porch with seating connects the pool area with the Great Room. The property is ideally located near South Beach, with the sounds of the ocean nearby.
NOTE: Pool is heated to 81 degrees in July and August, and the hot tub is heated to 102 degrees, and included in the rent. There is a heating surcharge of $400/week in May, $600/week in June and September. Heating surcharge of $600/week in October also applies, if the pool is open.
