The apartment was excellent, very clean and quiet with beautiful view towards the sea and the mountains. The breakfast was delicious with most of the goods being homemade by the mother of the owner. We were given advice which restaurants to go and places to visit, and the overall hospitality was exceptional!
The Wi-Fi signal was strong, but when the hotel was full the internet speed was low.

We loved everything about this property, especially the family management. The location was close to the beach, close to a wonderful restaurant, quiet, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great, especially the home made jams. The sunrise from the balcony. Everything there is done with love. And it is quite reasonably priced.

Excellent communication and service from the staff and the management.
Great breakfast.
Very nice location overall and beautiful outdoor hotel spaces.
We were given a room which was fine but the bathroom had amenities for disabled people while none of us was a disabled person.
Bathroom was too small too and, the biggest issue was the shower where I could barely fit without fighting with the shower curtain (and no, I'm not a big fat guy).
Not sure whether the bathrooms with disabled people amenities are the norm now in European hotels or if there is a requirement for every room of the hotel to have it,
but it makes no sense to have it in an already small bathroom where a disabled person would have issues to move around anyways because of the little space available, let alone that we were not need it.
Other than that, the room was fine.
(My recommendation to the room service: please
shut the windows while and after cleaning the room, or just close the curtains; we were fighting with the mosquitos every time we were returning to the room after our outdoor activities... Getting rid of them one day, new coming in the next day after the room cleaning).

The hotel is new and situated in the best location of Poulithra. The rooms are spacious and have lovely view to the sea and the green slopes of Parnonas mountain. There is close parking available in the hotel. The rooms are spacious. There is available fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms is lovely and the mattresses are really comfortable! The wc is also spacious with quality bathroom amenities. The breakfast is rich of local delicacies and is 100% handmade! The personnel is lovely and always willing to offer the best vacations!

We spent 4 nights there and had a very pleasant experience. The location is amazing, in a quiet area with sea views, a good alternative to the busier Leonidio village. Quality bed sheets, delicious breakfast and very friendly personnel. The owner gave us good recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to dine. We’ll definitely be back!

After our first visit to Poulithra we made it a point to stay at Byzantinon one day, which really caught our eye with its beautiful looks and location.
Having done that this year against all COVID-related odds, we are more than happy. The property feels new, it is very well maintained and taken care of. Quality materials, furniture and fixtures (even marble steps), a safety box, a dedicated garage that is a great plus in the summer heat, fully furnished kitchens in the apartments, quiet yet powerful air conditioners. Balconies with a view — you can see the sea from many apartments. The property is owned and run by a family of a retired hospitality professional, and it shows in every detail. The owners are very serious about anti-COVID measures too.
The included breakfast is hearty and versatile: a couple of hot selections (eggs, crepes and such), cheese and meats, yoghurt, cereal, fresh orange juice, fruits (some of the best watermelon and cantaloupe I've ever tried).
The real standout though is the atmosphere. From the moment you enter, you feel as if visiting old friends, surrounded with care, useful advice and interesting conversation throughout your stay. All the personnel is friendly and attentive.
Thank you so much George and Christos, we'll be coming back!
