About this house rental

Baybreeze is a 5 bedroom air conditioned house located a quick 250 metre walk to the white sands of Shoal Bay Beach, the iconic Shoal Bay Country Club and local attractions.

Baybreeze is the perfect holiday destination for the extended family and friend’s getaway. Spread over 2 levels with the upstairs having an open plan lounge and dining area with a split system air conditioner, Smart TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi, ceiling fans and beautiful raked ceilings.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric cook top, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and the convenience of a dishwasher. Three bedrooms all with linen and bed making are also located upstairs. The master bedroom has the comforts of a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity and a luxury King bed. Bedroom two and three both have built in robes and bedroom two also provides a ceiling fan. The main renovated bathroom is also located upstairs, it has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity.

Downstairs has the second living area with another split system air conditioner, Smart TV, and kitchenette with complete cooking facilities including cooktop, wall oven, microwave and fridge, there are also two bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite downstairs. Bedroom four has a King bed, split system air conditioner, ceiling fan and TV and bedroom five has a Queen bed, ceiling fan and the ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity. The internal laundry is fitted with a washer/ dryer combo and the property provides parking for two vehicles in the driveway.

Baybreeze offers everything for everyone, split system air-conditioners throughout the property for your comfort, four bathrooms, five bedrooms, free unlimited Wi-Fi and a fabulous location within three minute walk to everything – you will be impressed as soon as you walk inside.

Have fun in the sun, play in the calm waters of Shoal Bay, laze on the sand, enjoy water activities such as stand up paddle board, kayak, jet ski hire or explore the local walking trails including the Tomaree Mountain Summit Walk with its panoramic breathtaking views over the peninsula as far as the eye can see. There are free BBQ facilities and picnic tables along the foreshore available or choose from the fantastic variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs that line the waterfront.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
