The living room and several other spaces in the home feature the pecky cypress wood walls and the updated kitchen and 3 remodeled bathrooms. The living room which features a u-shaped sectional is a perfect place to catch up on your day or play games. The updated kitchen is well equipped to cook your favorite meals or make sandwiches for a beach picnic or a boating excursion.

The options for dining are plentiful, dine at the indoor table next to the kitchen or through the French doors, dine alfresco at the patio table or dine pool side. Grilling your favorite meals or your catch of the day is easy with the provided gas grill. Three bedrooms and a trundle bed give you ample space for family and friends. The oversized main bedroom features a King size bed, a remodeled full bathroom with a two-sink vanity and a walk-in shower, the second guest room coined the “pool bedroom” has direct access out to the pool and features a King size bed and remodeled ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and a walk-in shower. Light and bright updated spacious one bedroom guest house on the second floor, approx. 900 square feet, is your vacation paradise. You are approx. 200 steps from the World-Famous white powdery sand on Siesta Key, bask in its beauty as you gaze upon the aqua green waters and watch spectacular sunsets.

A private outside balcony extends the length of the unit for dining or reading. The one bedroom features a King size bed that overlooks the balcony. The updated bathroom is a tub and shower combination. In the living room you will find a Queen size sleeper sofa and TV.

The kitchen is well equipped with appliances such as stovetop/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator including kitchen tools and accessories for cooking and baking. A regular drip coffee pot and a Kuerig coffee maker are provided. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your trips to the beach.

Enjoy the spectacular Siesta Key sunsets on the beach and on Sundays find yourself at the weekly Drum Circle in front of the Siesta Key Beach Pavilion. When you return from shelling on either Crescent Beach, Lido Beach or Turtle Beach there is a shell table on the back patio to organize your treasures. Venturing out one and half miles north to Siesta Key Village or to the south end of the island enjoy delicious local restaurants, shopping, and a grocery market. You can catch the Siesta Key Breeze trolley for free on Midnight Pass Road, Beach Road or Ocean Blvd. Check out the Siesta Key Farmers Market for produce, shopping, art every Sunday from 8AM to 12:00pm.
