The large sunny enclosed room overlooks the pool and Calpe's rock is equipped with a dining room table and chairs. This leads on to the large comfortable lounge.

Double bed with bedside cabinets and large freestanding wardrobe. There is a en suite fully tiled bathroom comprising of shower, washbasin and toilet. The master bedroom has air-conditioning.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The villa was just as seen on the listing and was tidy and clean when we arrived. The host was easy to reach if we had any questions. The villa is in a lovley location but is a 30min walk to the main town of Calpe but taxi services helped a lot ! Only two rooms had air con so definitely something to consider but apart from that we had the best time :)

La zona exterior lo mejor, en la casa hace algo de calor por las cristaleras pero hay ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, en la habitación principal aire acondicionado, faltaría quizá uno en el salón. El trato con el propietario excepcional, en cuanto surge cualquier cosa viene rapidísimo. En general muy bien todo.

Maison à l'intérieur rustique, extérieur très agréable et pratique et bien équipé . Dommage qu'il y est qu une climatisation dans une seule chambre et manque un lave vaisselle également. Propriétaire très sympathique présent de suite en cas de soucis. Très belle vue sur le rocher. J'ai passer un très bon séjour idéal en famille.

La casa tiene una distribución muy cómoda y grandes vistas. El patio es muy amplio y cuenta con barbacoa y piscina en buen estado. No obstante, se encuentra en una zona un tanto alejada de la playa y supermercados para ir andando. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable.

Unas vacaciones geniales!! Casa con una gran piscina y terraza y sobre todo Barbacoa!! La cual hemos utilizado todos los dias. La casa esta muy bien ubicada, a pocos minutos del supermercado y a pocos Km del turismo de Benidor, Denia etc. También dar las gracias al Sr Lee que ante cualquier duda o problema contesta al momento. Sin duda repetiriamos!!!

Desde el comienzo Lee se comporto muy bien con nosotros, estando en contacto ante cualquier tipo de dudas que nos surgían. La urbanización en la que se encuentra la casa muy tranquila. La casa muy ordenada y muy limpia. Mucho más amplia de lo que puede parecer las fotos. Dispone de un gran patio con numerosas hamacas que hacen muy agradable la estancia, además de unas buenas vistas al Peñón. En cuanto al interior de la casa, un salón muy acogedor y una cocina con todo tipo de utensilios. Las habitaciones con ventiladores en todas ellas que ayudan a hacer frente al calor en los meses de verano. En general, una gran casa que recomiendo a cualquier familia o grupo de amigos que quiera pasar una vacaciones tranquilas.

He pasado una semana en esta estancia con mi grupo de amigos y ha merecido la pena. Es una zona tranquila y cerca de la playa y el centro de la ciudad. La casa es muy bonita y acogedora y el patio es maravilloso. Lo recomendaría 100% y espero volver pronto.

We had a few issues on the first day, loungers were broken and the covers were dirty. The pool was also not clear, we contacted lee who come out instantly and replaced the covers and sorted the pool. The loungers were not replaced but lee explained that there had been a problem with delivery of new ones. We did find the villa to be a bit hot due to there only being air conditioning in one room but we managed, The villa is a nice size and the outside space is lovely the only downside of outside is there is a lot of mosquitos but obviously that’s not the owners fault, he did come out and spray the outside space to try and improve it for us. Even with the issues we found Lee to be a great host who was always on hand quickly to deal with any issues, he even offered to translate for us when my husband and daughter needed to see a doctor. I would say that having the bedding and towels replaced after week one would be a good idea for guests who are staying for 2 weeks, there is a washing machine to do it yourself but I don’t think anyone really fancy’s doing that while on holiday.

There were 10 of us - it’s pretty much for the long trip, but due to the spacious house and outside territory, we’re all still friends :)))I and my friends are in love with the swimming pool and BBQ zone. We spent all mornings and evenings there. Everything is fine, but I would like to give some recommendation to those, who is going to book this villa. Don’t forget to rent a car, it’s quite far from the see and supermarkets. Don’t be shy to text the housekeeper, if something gets out of order (we had some troubles with the air conditioning, but a man, whose name I don’t know unfortunately, came some times to us and fixed everything). Thanks to that beautiful place, we would love to come back again.. if Lee wouldn’t be agains it :))))

We lived in Calpe some years ago and wanted to see how it has changed. This Villa was ideally placed to see all the things we wanted to. Nice pool. with sun on it most of the day, .Good facilities and plenty of hot water for showers.

Stayed here for my sisters hen. There were a group of us, it was perfect. The pool is amazing and big, the rooms are spacious, the bed was comfy! Lee had ensured we had the essentials such as milk, bread and even wine on arrival which was not expected. Thank you so much! I would reccomend anyone to book this villa and will hopefully be returning myself! Amazing and totally worth all the money and more. Thank you for also being so accommodating Lee! It was much appreciated. From casie & all the girls xx

The villa was a bit far out but the walk each day did us good. Really enjoyed our holiday. The villa had everything we required and if there was a problem Lee would sort it out straight away, would defiantly recommend, we will be back

Really nice villa with plenty of room. Had a great week even though a bit cool at times. Lovely fire which we used on the cold evenings.
