This space provides direct access to the terrace. The villa features one room with a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), accompanied by a bath/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Another room offers two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), complemented by air conditioning and forced-air heating. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the main floor. The upper floor comprises two rooms, each furnished with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. A third room on this level features two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), a bath/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, along with a shower/WC.
