Rent bikes to enjoy the scenery around town, with two different rentals within walking distance. Check out the beach rental hut to rent chairs and umbrellas by the day or by length of stay for an additional fee: they'll be set up each morning for your convenience.
This lovely home has a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home among the open floor plan, resting on plush furniture, streaming movie marathons on the large TV, or enjoying brunch on the screened-in patio. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures, with three bedrooms boasting an en suite bathroom with oversized walk-in showers. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk room, creating memories that'll last a lifetime.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is currently construction occurring across the street. During working hours, noise may be audible during your stay. The project is slated to end by the end of April 2024.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
Pool does not have an alarm or locked gate entrance. Pool can be heated and is open from April 1 through Dec 1, weather permitting. Pool cleaning service every Monday so guests can plan accordingly.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
Pool heat is optional and can be purchased for an added nightly fee.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
