The property work for us well as we needed at least three separate sleeping areas in close proximity to the Sloan's Lake area. The layout is a little weird, and there are a lot of small items that need attention (loose door knobs and fixtures, locks on doors), but it was okay for us as we really only slept there.

My wife and I stayed in this house for a long weekend while we were visiting relatives in Denver. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, and while it is an older house, it is in great shape. We found the decor both inside and outside the house very interesting. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were great and we had no issues. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house was well appointed, very comfortable and perfect for a long weekend stay. No complaints. Large fenced in backyard made for pleasant outdoor seating in the evening.

Great location to everywhere we needed to be. Had all the accommodations we needed.

This house was perfect for our needs. We were in and out of the house all week for softball games. The beds were comfy, the living room was relaxing and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.

We enjoyed the stay, not far to the activities we enjoyed, grocery store close by.

We want to thank the property owners of this home for opening it up. We stayed in this home for about a week with family and one young child. It was clean and we had plenty of room to spread out. The master bedroom upstairs was air conditioned while the other two were not. The owners did provide fans for both rooms. The property is very close to a community pool which we enjoyed. I recommend the owners repair the locks on the two sets of sliding glass doors on the property. Thank you again for opening up your home. It has a lot of character!

A few cosmetic blemishes, but it was clean and comfortable.

I did not face any trouble with my stay but the huge glass window in the dining room seemed like easy to break in.. which was the only scary part! Otherwise they provided everything in the house! It was clean! And I enjoyed a lot

The house was very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Most rooms had air conditioning and for the ones that did not, they had a few fans available. The decor was quaint and homely. The only small issue was that the carpet appeared worn and somewhat dirty. Otherwise, everything was clean and welcoming.

This is a solid place to stay. The house is a little wonky and we were confused on check-in, but overall it wasn't bad.

Loved the location, very convenient and quiet neighborhood. Didn’t like not having curtains on the front window, but overall enjoyed the stay.

Plenty of room. Plenty of coffee. Well stocked with cooking supplies. Everything works although finding outlets and light switches can be tricky. The old school video game was fun. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, blankets, paper goods. There were a few cleanliness issues that bothered my wife more than they bothered me. I liked it. Very rustic. Lots of nature around the property.

Perfect spot for us to go to a couple shows at Red Rocks!

The house was very clean. It has small AC units in the bedrooms and kept everything quite comfortable. The layout is odd with lots of little steps everywhere. Would not be good for mobility issues.

We needed a place to stay during a remodel project. This house was perfect. Great location. Conveniently located. The property has an incredible backyard. The house has a lot of steps and stairs which was noted in the listing. Although the house didn’t have air conditioning, there were fans throughout the house. There are several trails nearby but it is also easy to hop on I70 to get to the mountains. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was sufficient for our stay. It was not the newest or cleanest place but worked for us. I will say that there was no toilet paper anywhere in the house when we showed up. That is a problem. Also there was no garbage can in the upstairs bathroom. The place was definitely not as nice as the brochure, but other than the few issues mentioned above it was alright.

We needed a place to stay while a remodeling project was taking place at our home. The house in Lakewood was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. It is easy to get to I70. The house doesn’t have air conditioning but there were fans in each room. I would recommend this property for a family looking for a place to stay in Denver.
