Plaza also features shopping mall.Five miles away from the local beaches, Famous Disney World is less than 45 minutes away and one of Florida’s most popular state springs Weeki-Wachee is just 5 minutes from the home where you can enjoy a variety of activities including mermaid shows, kayaking, water slides and wildlife. Perfect home for the family or a couple to get away. Additional guest charges outside of confirmed reservation will be doubled.Checking ins and outs monitored audio video recorded by surveillance cameras-ring.
Winter rate 30 nights or more is based on two guests. Additional guest fee of $25 per person per night after two will apply.

We chose this house because it was in the same neighborhood as the family we were there visiting. But this house was so nice we ended up visiting with family just hanging out there most of the time instead of going out and doing alot of activities! It was GREAT!!! The house was very clean and the host has thought of everything you might need!! Highly recommend heating the pool, that was sooo nice!!
Hoping this house will be available again the next time we come to visit!! 🙌 10/10!!!

A small group of my family stayed in this lovely house while visiting my parents. It was everything we hoped for and more! It provided us with a wonderful oasis at the end of the day. Jacob was very helpful and easy to work with. We will hopefully be staying here again!

Awesome home! We had a great time at this property. The pool was a lot of fun. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. Great location to Pine Island, Tarpon Springs, Weekie Wachee, and Homosassa Springs. Definitely would consider renting this place again.

I highly recommend the Weeki Wachee area to vacation, and this home was a great place to come home to each day after adventuring in the area. It is beautiful, so clean and well cared for. The owner, Jacob, was so accommodating and pleasant. I wasn't at all surprised to know that he comes from a hotel hospitality background. He definitely knows how to treat guests. If you are considering this area to vacation in, I would highly recommend it and this house is a fantastic home base.

I was in Spring Hill for a wedding this past weekend and had a wonderful stay at the house. Jacob was so great and always made sure that we were comfortable. I wish I would have met the hosts in person, but it was a busy trip.
The house is nicely decorated, so clean and has all the amenities needed.

Jacob and Maria were great hosts. The house was beautiful and the photos were accurate. The kitchen was fully stocked and they provided great linens. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. The neighborhood was very quiet. Thanks for making our stay easy and beautiful.

Jacob welcomed us to the home and made sure that we had everything we needed, he also checked on us whenever we returned home to make sure that we made it safely.

Let me start by just saying if you stay in this house you will want for nothing. This house is well furnished and equipped with anything you would need to feel like home. We were there for 2 weeks and Jacob, the owner, who is very friendly and hospitable, made us feel right at home. I received a phone call about an issue with the pool screen cage before we arrived, it had come down in a wind storm. I was reimbursed some of my rental cost for the inconvenience. While we were there Jacob was right on top of keeping the pool clean for us until the new screen cage went up, which he discussed with us first to make sure we didn’t have a problem with it happening while we were there. It just so happened to be my birthday during our stay and it was mentioned in conservation with Jacob. Later that day he shows up at the door with a birthday cake and a bottle of wine. I ask you, how much more hospitable can you get? The only issue we had with staying there is, there isn’t a hand rail at the shallow end steps in the pool and for seniors, which we are, or handicapped that could be a problem. Would I recommend this house as a vacation rental, absolutely.

Overall, we had a really enjoyable time during our stay. This home was exactly as pictured, which was a great relief, being that this is our first VRBO experience. We were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was as far as dishes, utensils, etc. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the space to spread out. Having a private pool was really fun and our kids loved that part!
Our only wishes to make the stay better for us would have been: 1.) A *much* closer beach. Pine Island was close, but was hugely disappointing and not at all what we were expecting, based on the other reviews we had read. We had not been to the area before so were not familiar with any of the beaches close by. We ended up making daily visits to Honeymoon Island beach, which meant driving about an hour and a half each way every day. It was a beautiful beach and we thoroughly enjoyed it!! Had we known, we would have opted for a place much closer to that beach.
2.) We loved having the pool, but it was pretty cold, so we didn't use it as much as we had hoped we would. The cold didn't seem to bother the kids much, so they got the most use of the pool. Nothing the owner could really have done to change this one.
3.) We had no luck with the cable tv. We could not get anything besides the on demand ($) stuff to come up and were hoping to be able to at least watch the basic networks. We messaged the owner for help figuring out the tv, but didn't hear back about that, so we just found other things to do. Didn't watch any tv all week.
4.) Lastly, we would recommend updating the garage door situation and including a keypad and/or remote. The first day of our stay we accidentally left the house with the front door dead bolted and we had to contact the owner for help. It ended up that we found a sliding door that had not been locked previously, so we were super lucky and were able to get in without having to spend money on a locksmith to let us in. The owner was very understanding and friendly, but was not able to offer much help since the garage door opener was too old to work with a remote or keypad. That would have eliminated the problem altogether.
Overall, we would recommend this home to others, keeping those things in mind...especially if a nice beach is important to you. For us, the beach is the main reason for visiting Florida. It's our happy place! :)

Property was exactly as listed on Vrbo! Owners were great as well. Best part of property was definitely the pool & quite neighborhood which is the reason we choose to stay. Would go back again for sure in the future. Wish we could stay in that pool forever!!! Would definitely recommend a stay here if your looking for chill time in your own pool & bbq. Great location with everything close by.

The house is exactly as described and looks exactly as shown in pictures. Communication with the owner is very good. Whenever we had a problem, Jacob would promptly fix it. For example, there was a rusty edge to a lawn chair and Jacob brought us new lawn chairs the next day. Also, I was concerned about the safety of the front door lock so Jacob came out and installed a new lock. Finally, there were some light bulbs that burnt out and upon telling the owners, I found a box of new light bulbs on the front porch the next day. The owners of the house went out of the way to make sure that we had positive pleasant experience stay at their home.

The house looks nice from the outside and has great parking. Then when you open the front door you are really happy as it just gets better. The house looks wonderful and smells so nice and clean. As a "clean freak" I can tell you it really is nice and clean. All the surfaces, beds, bathrooms and floors were wonderfully fresh and clean. Our grand kids played in the pool and watched Paw Patrol. I cooked several meals for my son who lives nearby. No sight seeing just rest and time together. Our family really enjoyed this house. We will stay again.

The property is very nice. Accommodated 6 adults. (Please note that the pricing is based on 4 people.) The drive to Disney is about an hour and a half.
The house comes with everything you'll need for your stay. Towels (beach towels also), kitchen necessities (coffee and tea included), and use of laundry. The owners even supplied us a bunch of treats in the kitchen!
Very quiet neighborhood. A great place to relax. The pool is clean. The outside eating area is great. The outside stereo was a fun bonus.
Communication with the owners was awesome; very responsive to any needs. I recommend this property to low-key people who appreciate relaxing!

This is the nicest, best kept house on the street. Very comfortable and cozy. Well equipped kitchen which we used a lot during social distancing! Close to all the stores that you would need and once they reopen, many restaurants too! We just enjoyed relaxing by the pool every day. Maria and Jacob were amazing hosts too! Would definitely recommend.

This property is beautiful and gives a great opportunity to be close to relatives in the area (mine were in high point) and still have private space and an escape. Pool was clean, kitchen was great and wifi worked well so I could work remotely. Great stay.

Very quiet neighbourhood close to shops and highways, so very easy to buy essentials and get around. It was beautifully landscaped and very comfortable inside and out. Jacob and Maria were very good at answering all our questions and fulfilling all our requests. We'd love to stay there again.
