The Space:
By The Peaks Lodge is a breathtaking newly constructed mountain cabin with brand new furnishings and gorgeous mountain views in the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Georgia. This cabin is located about 20 min to all the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge GA (Mercier Orchards, grocery stores, charming Downtown BR, Blue Ridge Lake and Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc) & will accommodate up to 4 guests. Treat yourself to an extraordinary getaway in the mountains!

This gorgeous brand new 2- bedroom mountain modern cabin rental is perfect for small families or groups of friends, and couples! Whether you're hanging out on the porches and grilling or relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor/outdoor fireplaces, or enjoying the spacious floor plan and beautifully detailed furnishings, the stunning mountain views offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing mountain getaway!

The main floor features an open living room with a wall of windows highlighting the mountain view, a gorgeous stone gas fireplace, and a Streaming TV, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy (Please note that gas fireplaces in this cabin are only operable October through April as they heat the entire cabin).

The dining table seats 4 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, knife set, toaster, blender, Keruig, 12 cup coffee brew pot, cutting boards, pots and pans, strainer, crockpot, grater, BBQ tools, measuring utensils, mixing bowls, hand mixer, casserole dishes, baking sheets, dishes, mixing utensils, silverware, scoop, pizza cutter, can opener, wine opener, peeler, scissors, and kettle.

The cozy main floor porch features gorgeous mountain views, a beautiful stone wood fireplace (firewood is not provided but can be purchased for delivery through the management company), outdoor dining, outdoor seating, and a gas grill that is attached to cabins main gas line.

This level has a beautiful King master suite that features a wall of windows, dresser, Streaming TV, and an attached bathroom with a tile walk in shower.

The Lower Level features an entertainment area with a gas stone fireplace, streaming TV, arcade machine, poker table, workspace, laundry area, and a wet bar with a sink, Keurig, Coffee Brew pot, and mini fridge.

The lower level bedroom features a king bedroom with a dresser, and an attached bathroom that has a tile shower.
The lower level porch features mountain views, a stone wood fireplace, outdoor seating, and a hot tub.

The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.

No pets and no smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc) to respect owner and future guest allergies. Due to past guests ignoring this rule, if pets are brought to the cabin without being approved, there will be a $400 fine. We take this seriously to help our guests feel safe at all times.

All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID. Minimum age to rent is 25.
