Perfect location, had everything we needed, very comfort bed and good use of space. mini freezer in the fridge was very useful. Clean bright and perfect for a weekend break. We cooked both days, handle to have the kitchen space.

The patch had everything you needed and was comfortable. Wi-fi was good. It was clean and modern
It was a little too far outside of Brighton. You had to drive into town, and parking charges were expensive. It did feel like you were in a converted garage at the back of someone's house, with no outside space. There was an odd smell when it had been shut up all day. I had the door open when I was inside.

Beautifully clean and comfortable
Could do with a light to help see to get the keys from the lockbox after dark.

The accommodation looked newly fitted out, comfy bed, USB sockets by the bed, large TV, good shower, quiet area - just very well equipped. Two minute walk to the bus stop into town. The owners have thought of almost everything.
I would have liked a couple of blinds up at the doors as the light woke me early but that’s just my preference.

Very comfortable little flat. All necessary equipment. Very clean and nicely decorated. Total Independence but very easy to communicate with the hosts. Perfect location with easy access to the town by bus.

Everything was fine

I'm high functioning autistic and notice the smallest pieces of detail. This place wasn't just clean, it was SPOTLESS!! The facilities were amazing, from every sort of cutlery, a dishwasher AND a washing machine to hot water that came through in seconds. The water pressure for the shower was great, the shower cubicle modern and pleasing to the eye and a mirror that has a light in it for their partners who need to do their make-up.
The TV has a Roku box that gives you more free movies to watch than you can shake a stick at AND is set on a moving bracket that means you can angle the TV to any point so you can watch it comfortably on the the sofa or in bed. Aaaaaaahhhh the bed!!! There has been some money spent on this!! Possibly by far the MOST important feature of any stay away from home. Every morning I woke like a kid ready to go exploring, fully rested and bursting with energy and excitement!!!
The bus stop is literally just a 3-4 minute walk away and a 2 quid fair gets you bang into town on the 5B bus that takes all of a 10-15 minute ride.
These guys have nailed it! The place is so well built and put together, no thought missed and no expense spared.
And finally we had a family emergency land when we were 1st due to come away, so reached out to the owners and asked if we could move our holiday which they did with NO EXTRA CHARGE and in the blink of and eye!!!
Last point. FLAWLESS!!!!! 💯🙏😁😍🥰🤩🥳
Having to leave!!! This place is PEEEEEEERFECT!

The apartment was spotless and had all the home comforts you would want including a comfortable bed and excellent shower.
Tastefully furnished with attention to detail.
There wasn't a microwave which was listed, but the stove top oven worked very well
A lighter duvet would have been better

I liked the layout of the room, it was so clean, and there was attention to detail. Everything I needed was there. Tea bags, coffee, even milk. I couldn’t fault it.
I can’t think of anything as Leanne and Gary make it a home from home.

Excellent place to stay. Spotless, comfortable. Everything we needed.
Nothing to dislike.
