That there was a tennis court , the grounds were excellent, the grand entrance was very good

The breakfast could have been better service wise , as at 11 a curtain was drawn and that was that

A very enjoyable short stay where every aspect met our expectation and more

Every aspect of our stay was very good indeed. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast, with it being available until 11:00am! Whilst we didn't use the pool (we would do if the water was a little warmer!) we enjoyed just sitting around and also enjoyed the simple snacks that we ordered. All your staff are exceptional!!

Charge €18 for the Spa when I am paying €400 per room per night is a bit nickel and dime.

We like the location and have been a few times.

They seem to be cutting corners and not focusing on the prime 5 star product. Not much money being spent on facilities, restaurants or bars now it is open 10 years.

Stunning resort but customer relations need improvement. Would recommend as a fantastic treat stay unless you are extrem

Really plush. Lovely decor and ambiance and great food. Beds amazing and stunning grounds and room.

Slow reaction on handling a noise issue and medication removed during cleaning. Poor communications after we raised the issues with no feedback until the last day when room was moved.

Exceptional staff, comfort and food

Exceptional staff and food. One of the best i have stayed at.

My only criticism would be the doors on the rooms. Very heavy and no doubt very expensive but when they close it is like a gunshot. You only really get a sense of it once you are in your room and your neighbours arrive or depart but it does mean that a sleep in is rather difficult in the mornings and then later on in the evening. Its an expensive place to stay and this one area was disappointing.

A lovely restful break, excellent staff - just what we needed!

Great facilities, we knew it was due to rain during our visit so had plenty of space options in the hotel as well as great location.

La gentillesse du personnel a l’accueil, la vue et le charme de l’hôtel, le restaurant 3 étoiles au Michelin un régal et le service du restaurant impeccable, le personnel adorable.

Le petit déjeuner médiocre pour le standing, beaucoup trop bruyant, des hôtes très irrespectueux et l’hôtel cher pour les prestations proposées.

Facilities and location good but food was below expectations

Location was good for easy access to Quinta Shopping for bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was poor so only ate there once. Gusto restaurant wasn’t good value for money

Could have been so much better, felt disappointed on leaving due to the room and attitude of some staff

Nice hotel, pool and spa were nice, bar staff very friendly

Overpriced, paid over 4,000 euro for a room on the 1st floor with no view looking out on a stone wall, so disappointing, was offered a new room which would have been around 900 euro extra. Got charged for water after 11pm which is ridiculous for the amount guests are paying… don’t annoy guests with such minor detail and cost for water….

Lovely hotel hard to fault anything and would happily return.

Hotel is clean and very well presented. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The food is very good but it is very expensive. Hotel is lovely and I would highly recommend. This is our second visit and I would definitely go again.

One of our best Holidays. Partly due to the Conrad’s impeccable service!

What’s not to like? Customer service goes way beyond expectations. EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make your stay exceptional. The amenities: pools, gym, spa, basketball, tennis, golf and shuttle. Top notch poolside drink and food service. The food was consistently excellent. Rooms were much larger that most Euro Hotels and have nice patios. The front desk staff gave us great Restaurant recommendations and did the bookings. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The landscape is beautiful
