The property was absolutely stunning & as advertised. We have done this multigenerational family beach trip for 10 years and this property delivered well above our expectations. Our 15 member family had a fantastic time. The property was clean & had large bedrooms & enough bathrooms for all guest. Location was across the street from the beach & close to anything we needed including the Cherry Grove fishing pier. Our host was very attentive. He kept in touch months ahead of our arrival date. During our stay, he checked in to make things were going well and immediately answered any questions.I highly recommend Salt Life! that we had. I highly recommend Salt Life!

First time to North Myrtle Beach and we were not disappointed. The location of the house was perfect with very easy access to the beach. The house was just as described. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and we never felt crowded with our large group. The kids enjoyed the game room in the evenings. The pool was a shared pool among other homes but we rarely saw any other families there at the same time as us. The owner thought of everything you might need at the beach from a portable speaker, boogie boards, towels, and bikes. Communication with the owner was extraordinary. He was very prompt and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Our washer broke during our visit and the owner had a new one delivered that same day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would book again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Had a large family (19 total) and it accommodated us perfectly. Very clean, great location, and fantastic accommodations. The family loved the game room, especially the kids. Beach access was super close and easy to access. Owners were extremely helpful with local attractions and amenities in the area as well. Overall, highly recommended this property.

A large group of my family came to North Mytrle Beach for 3.5 days. We wanted an experience where we were walking distance from the beach and all of us could comfortably fit in one location. This location and housing option checked all of those boxes. There were 8 bedrooms with nice size beds and TVs in each rooms, many of the rooms had access to a private patio/balcony set-up, and there were so many things provided from towels, a Keurig machine, beach chairs, multiple refrigerators, dishes, laundry pods for the washer and dyer, game room, Netflix access, etc. Additionally, Jay was very responsive and addressed any question or inquiry I raised (exceptional customer service). An added benefit was that we were less than a 2 min walk from the beach and a private pool. Lastly, there was ample parking on site (we had 6 cars) and the neighborhood was safe. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. NOTE: It is a 4 story location, so please be prepared to walk up and down steps if you sleep on the top floor. Also, the home is really nice and the main level (shared space) looks modern and chic.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. There was plenty of room for my family of 16, loved the game room, the TVs in every room, right across from the beach, the views from the balconies, just an amazing stay. Will definitely stay there on our next visit to the area!

Salt Life was the perfect house for 16 lifelong friends to gather and make lasting memories. The house was nice, well-stocked, and in close proximity to the beach and everything we wanted to do. The hosts stayed in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

I will give this place a 5* review. We were 7 guys on a golf trip. We each had our own room. The house was clean. The owner/management company were excellent communicators. Everything was exactly how we expected. The group only had one small gripe. The mattresses are pretty soft and mushy. If you think you are renting at the Ritz, I suggest you move to the Ritz. Its clean, it good but its not the Ritz. But then again, we werent expecting that.

This property was everything we hoped for, it was very clean & the kitchen was stocked with needed pots & pans. The view was absolutely amazing, there was one mishap where the handrail came loose but maintenance had it repaired within 30 mins. Communication was everything, I appreciate Stacey for her quick response. I look forward to staying at this property again.

Our family of 12 enjoyed our stay in Cherry Grove. The house was the perfect accommodation with plenty of space for everyone. The location to the beach was a short walk across the street and a quick walk to the pier to grab a cold drink and lunch. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at this property. The management texted to let us know that we could check in early and also texted the first morning just to make sure everything was fine and asked if we needed anything. They also messaged us before asking if we needed any recommendations. The property was very clean and everything was in working order. Blue tooth speakers were provided which was a nice touch. It’s was perfect! We had an amazing time. The location of the house was great, and so easy to get to and from the beach, and a short drive from shops and restaurants. The house was so large and comfortable for our group. The game room was a hit with the kids. We really loved the house and the trip.

We had four families that stayed in the house. This house was just as stated in the listing. Jay was great to work with. The beach access was directly across the street and very convenient. Our teenage boys really enjoyed the game room. We made dinner 3 nights and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook dinners. I would totally recommend and I would stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family. Location was perfect. All the married couples and single adults had a private room. Teenagers loved the pool table. One small glitch— there were three coffee makers, including a Keurig, none of which worked. We finally made coffee by holding down the “on” switch of one of them. You may want to bring a coffee maker with you. A great week with family to celebrate Christmas.

Wrong code given for front door, left 5 messages. Not one call back, my son found another number and was able to talk with someone. 45 minutes for this process. Floor were swept, but not mopped. Kids feet were black. Dryer wouldn’t stay shut so wouldn’t turn on, got that to shut then wouldn’t make the button push in yo turn on. Coffee maker would not stay in, have to put a wedge in the power button to keep it on, and it leaked. One of the blinds in the top floor bedroom was broken. The faucet in the bathroom on 2nd floor missing a piece at the base of handle. We enjoyed our stay with the problems listed. The main problem was the dirty floors.

Nice home, good location. Only a couple of concerns: 1. Need better selection of pots to cook in...only one very large and one small pot in kitchen. 2. The dryer door evidently needs an adjustment you have to hold the start button while closing the door to get it to come on..most times we had to press the door in different locations for it to make a connection. 3. The shower curtains need either replaced or cleaned. The shower door in the front 3rd floor bedroom doesn't fit correctly and the door needs cleaned on outer edges. Other than these complaints we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this property for my parent's vow renewal and we had a large group with us. We had several children, as well. It worked great for everyone! The rooms were spacious which was nice when people wanted to get away from everyone else. The kitchen space was a great size and it had basically everything we needed utensil wise. The views from the porches were lovely and the walk over to the beach was so short and easy. I would definitely recommend this location!

Plenty of space for everyone comfortably and directly across the street from beach. Place is beautiful!! Minimal essentials provided so ensure you have plenty. The instructions on the fridge with contact numbers conflict with emailed instructions. Also not recommended for anyone with climbing issues as the bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor. Notified host of a few minor issues but received no response.

Very spacious and plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all in attendance. Beach entrance directly across from house. Very clean when arrived. Very close to any necessary needs during your vacation. Was not necessary to contact property manager because had no issues at all during vacation. This is the first vacation in 4 years that we did not have any issues. Beach area was clean and mostly free of shells. Beach patrol was frequent and enforced the posted rules of the beach. Beach free of any trash. Plenty of garbage cans and recycle cans available with at least 2 pickups by courteous sanitation personnel. Very pleasant and memorable vacation in a very long time.

The location and condition of the house was a 10 plus for sure. Only steps from the beach just a short walk to the pier and restaurants and shopping close by as well Our family was quite large and we could have used a bit more “living space.” Before we left new deck tables and chairs were delivered for all of the decks and this will make it much better for future stays . Overall great experience for our family .

Couldn’t enjoy the stay because the property was disgusting from a cleanliness standpoint. It’s really sad that a company is comfortable charging a cleaning fee ( few hundred dollars) and not providing excellent cleaning results. It was hard to reach the host and someone at the Carolina Palm Office after several attempts. To be specific ( regarding the cleanliness) the showers were disgusting ( cringed every time we had to use even after using bleach Tilex) and the bed sheets were not changed ( yeah, stains😳) . Didn’t expect it to sparkle bc it is an older property however we did expect it to be cleaned. I could go on with more specifics but it is what it is..lesson learned. Please note: per another review, the guest supposedly didn’t let the host know about the cleaning issues they had so for the record, the host was informed on this occasion through vrbo message inbox
