Tutto fumo

Il relais si trova in una zona lontana dal centro città e dalle strade trafficate, non appena arrivati abbiamo percepito da subito la pace e la tranquillità che ci avrebbero accompagnato durante tutto il soggiorno. Un'altra nota positiva è stata la cordialità e la simpatia dello staff.

Premetto che abbiamo prenotato la camera deluxe che poi deluxe non era.. Camera piccolina e illuminata da una sola piccolissima finestrella, la nota più dolente è stato il bagno. Purtroppo per la sua disposizione (situato in un sottotetto) il bagno non poteva essere dotato di una doccia, avevamo quindi a disposizione una vasca situata nel punto più basso rispetto al tetto e quindi scomodissimo per poterci lavare. Altra nota dolente rispetto al prezzo che abbiamo pagato è stata la pulizia, in quanto si è limitata alla sola sistemazione del letto quando era STABILITO DA PRENOTAZIONE anche il cambio biancheria che non è avvenuto. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante, piatti buoni ma miseri, quindi anche qua il rapporto qualità/prezzo non era all'altezza. Non abbiamo nemmeno prenotato la colazione, 12€ a persona al giorno è davvero spropositato. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza si è limitata a questo, sicuramente non sarà preso in considerazione se dovessimo tornare nuovamente in zona.

Sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt.

Die Lage, die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter, insbesondere Tamara. Gute Ausflugtips. Sehr gutes Frühstück und das Speisenangebot am Abends war super gut. Ein sehr schöner Ort in der Natur.

La posizione che già conoscevo ;per soggiorni precedenti, ma ben gestita l ‘ attuale gestione, lascia molto male, soprattutto nella gestione amministrativa e nell’ accoglienza, parecchi clienti di gestioni passate si sono lamentati

Poco spazio per la socializzazione , all’ initerno, trattandosi di una struttura Montana ,talvolta sono necessari spazi da condividere,

Tranquil setting in the mountains

The hotel was wonderful. We had a small unit all to ourselves. The area is so beautiful, a large pool and excellent resturant. The food was superb 👌

No air conditioned rooms!!! Pass on this place in the summer!!!

Close to Siena and triple room configuration

No air conditioning available in the rooms and it was a heat wave in Italy so the temperature in our room was very hot and uncomfortable. I expected a Relais hotel to have air conditioning AND the pool was covered and not open because the man who opens it every day was sick; could no one else at the hotel open the pool, especially given there is a heat wave on and no air conditioning in the rooms??!!

If you are travelling in the area, a worthwhile place to stop overnight

An unexpected surprise. A large property with large park, swimming pool. Comfortable and welcoming. Owners are super friendly. Dined there: food was good (excellent mushrooms)

The accommodation is very clean and perfect for Tuscany vacation. The area is beautiful and everything is within easy reach by car. The hotel has a great location. The staff is very nice and helps with any questions. Absolutely recommend to others.

A Tuscany gem!

Beautiful estate. The manager Tamara was very welcoming and helpfully. They offer breakfast and dinner, which is good as it is out of town.

We stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful hotel and enjoyed it very much. The place is surrounded by woods, with an impressive view and there is so much love in every detail. We also had dinner there, which was - just like the breakfast - very good. Thank you for a lovely time!

Pleasant

we liked the property, the open space and views.

the rooms were not pleasant to spend any time in - small, mostly dark, hot in summer. we also should have been told that the hotel did not have food available for all meals - we had come to relax and yet no lunch was possible. we had to bike into town to get our own food. the trip into town was easy and lovely but after biking 50km to arrive, we had not expected to have to then bike again to get our food. the host was nice enough to pick us up at the bottom of the driveway (which is long and steep).

A nice setting that needs some 'improvements' to become perfect

The setting is very nice, the rooms are kind of 'rustic', clean and well heated (if you go during the cold period), surrounded by a huge piece of land. Lots of nice villages around

There are a few things that would improve comfort and the feeling of being in a caring enviroment- for example, it is not nice to find plastic cups in the toillet to place the toothbrush. The shower head is fixed on the wall, so when you wait for the hot water to come, you either freeze or wait out of the cabin with door open and water all over. Breakfast is very basic. I would also expect some maps of the area at the reception, the nearby tourist office at Abbadia San Sebastian has plenty of information. The lamps by the bed not really suitable for book reading, as the light is diffused

Everything was lovely and extremely charming and comfortable: the location, the heritage building, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the beautiful park and pool, the perfect quietness...
