To access the on-site parking, use the driveway at the rear of the building and drive down the ramp. Use the fob to open the shutter drive-in. Car parks are numbered 304.

- There are nearby roadworks taking place. These works should not affect access; however, traffic control will be in place. These works will take 2–3 months to complete.
- To access the on-site parking, use the driveway at the rear of the building and drive down the ramp. Use the fob to open the shutter drive-in. Car parks are numbered 304.
- There are no stairs inside or outside the property.
- The TV in the first living area can only be used to watch DVDs.
- The TV in the main living area is connected to the internet.
- Pool could be closed at any time for repairs
