The private front deck is all yours to watch the sunrise and sunset and an excellent location for spotting wildlife. Enjoy seamless movement throughout the interior of the home, with an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area. Spend time unwinding on one of the two reclining couches or matching armchairs in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Turn on the gas fireplace and cozy up after adventuring in the mountains.

Centered in the dining room area is an 8-person dining table. Gather around for a home-cooked meal or have some good old competitive fun with board games and cards. You’ll have easy access from the dining room to the kitchen, making food preparation even easier. Extra seating can be found around the huge center island in the incredible gourmet kitchen. Beautiful cabinetry, granite slab countertops, and tile backsplash tie it all together. Fully stocked and ready to help prep your best meals with appliances including stove/oven, microwave, fridge, and a Keurig. The first bedroom can be accessed from beyond the kitchen or through its own separate entrance that leads to the backyard. Blue tones are throughout the room, with a queen-sized bed in the middle. The next bedroom can accommodate kids and teens, with a bunk bed and room for an additional mattress pad next to it. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed with a double-sided closet and its own private bathroom. A sizable vanity and sink, a large soaking bathtub, and a travertine shower await. We loved this place and will be back. The hot tub at night after hiking all the sights was perfect. We also liked the gas fire pit to warm up when going in and out the hot tub. Communication with host was quick and always available. Great trip. We loved this being so close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Will do again.Location is great.

Overall the experience was wonderful. So wonderful we ended up buying a house in Cascade. The area is beautiful with charming houses everywhere. We love the short distance to Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, and Woodland Park. It’s also only 90 minutes to the Denver airport which is not bad. Lots of options. Very close to Pikes Peak. House was big and clean. Had some issues getting inside but the property manager answered the phone each time I called and very responsive with any issues or questions. I am actually hiring them now to handle the house I am buying in Cascade which says a lot. This house was in a good location but it’s right on the highway. Not the greatest area for dog walking but I found some good grass close to the small library which saved me because one of my dogs will only go in grass. Deck could use some cleaning but the rest of the house was in great shape. It is a duplex which is not what I wanted but ended up okay. Overall a nice time and I love the area!

This house was great and went above and beyond our expectations. The location was wonderful and even though it was next to the main road you couldn't hear any of the road noise from inside. The interior was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed for a week of being there. My boys loved the bunk beds. We noticed that some of the slats were missing from the bed and when I contacted the host they were very responsive. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed the house.

Hot tub was filthy upon arrival. Took 3 days and daily pictures to finally get tub drained. Very disappointed in outside condition of deck and furnishings. Needed swept. Also property has other adjoining rental units. Off highway 24 so lots of traffic noise.
