We loved this place and will be back. The hot tub at night after hiking all the sights was perfect. We also liked the gas fire pit to warm up when going in and out the hot tub. Communication with host was quick and always available. Great trip. We loved this being so close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Will do again.Location is great.

At the base of Pike's Peak, this spacious rental was in a great location for our family vacation.

Overall the experience was wonderful. So wonderful we ended up buying a house in Cascade. The area is beautiful with charming houses everywhere. We love the short distance to Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, and Woodland Park. It’s also only 90 minutes to the Denver airport which is not bad. Lots of options. Very close to Pikes Peak. House was big and clean. Had some issues getting inside but the property manager answered the phone each time I called and very responsive with any issues or questions. I am actually hiring them now to handle the house I am buying in Cascade which says a lot. This house was in a good location but it’s right on the highway. Not the greatest area for dog walking but I found some good grass close to the small library which saved me because one of my dogs will only go in grass. Deck could use some cleaning but the rest of the house was in great shape. It is a duplex which is not what I wanted but ended up okay. Overall a nice time and I love the area!

This house was great and went above and beyond our expectations. The location was wonderful and even though it was next to the main road you couldn't hear any of the road noise from inside. The interior was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed for a week of being there.
My boys loved the bunk beds. We noticed that some of the slats were missing from the bed and when I contacted the host they were very responsive.
Overall, my family and I really enjoyed the house.

Home was nice and clean

This was a great experience!

Hot tub was filthy upon arrival. Took 3 days and daily pictures to finally get tub drained. Very disappointed in outside condition of deck and furnishings. Needed swept. Also property has other adjoining rental units. Off highway 24 so lots of traffic noise.

Loved the house. Everything you could need to cook a nice meal. Easy on and off the highway. Close to everything and beautiful Mountain View’s.

Our family enjoyed our stay, the house had plenty of general living space, it was stocked with so many items like coffee, creamer, sugar, spices and plenty of kitchen utensils, pans, dishes, etc. The kitchen was spacious and everyone loved the very large island.
The main bedroom and bath were spacious and had plenty of storage for clothes.
The hot tub and views were lovely, we often relaxed out there on the beautiful crisp spring days. We visited Ted, Rock, Pike's Peak, and Garden of the God's during our stay. We visited the zoo, Cogs Railroad and also enjoyed exporing Colorado Springs city.
We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The check-in process was a total nightmare, the Management Organization “Hoste” was very difficult to work with. They kept asking me for a picture of my ID plus another picture of me holding said ID card. First of all, the link provided to upload the docs would not work. So I kept texting them about that. Seemed like they weren’t understanding my situation. Finally I was told to upload the docs to the text message thread. I did, probably a dozen times, only to find out they were not seeing my photo of me holding the ID card. They would never tell me that, only kept requesting that I send them the photo. I thought it was some kind of stupid joke they were playing. I finally got someone to text me and let me know what was happening. Never again will I work with Hoste or reserve a place that they manage. The home itself was nice interior wise, very nice setup. The living room furniture was bad, the rest of the house was great though. Don’t pay much attention to the exterior, it is nothing to brag about. The hot tub was very nice and easy to use, private area along the side of the house with a great view.

We enjoyed our stay! Very kid friendly.

This was the perfect spot to kick off Christmas break for my husband, two boys and I! This place is beautiful and we had so much fun! It’s close to everything.

Loved the openess of the space. Everything we needed was there. Hot tub was great. Could have a little more light in the kitchen. Could provide more hooks in bathroom and bedroom, luggage racks, drawers for clothes. Otherwise perfect ! The location was ideal for us with breathtaking views.
4.8
We had a great stay. Everything I had hoped for. Plenty space for the family and the kids couldn’t get enough of the hot tub. I loved being able to see the mountains from the living room or from our hot tub. We’d stay here again!

The property was open and clean!! Loved the large island for extra seating and the large bathrooms were nice!!

We had a great stay with plenty of space. We enjoyed the hot tub and patio, often. Super convenient and I later came to truly appreciate that.
I brought my parents and two of my children. Unfortunately the last day my father had a heart attack at dinner ultimately I did have to come back and load up early, so I could be closer to hospital. So my clean-up and check-out was somewhat in a rush. The cabin though was absolutely perfect for our vacation and I’d highly recommend…

We came into this rental property with low expectations due to a mix up with booking the place and being basicly forced to come due to no refund. But that being said this was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. They had every kitchen appliance, pots and pans, and utensels needed to cook a meal. It was close to all the attractions and everything from fans to bathroom necessities. Really couldnt have asked for more. Thank you!

We came up for a weekend of running and celebrating our accomplishment – the house was perfectly placed in Cascade, which is about 10 minutes from Manitou Springs. Great for getting to the start line not oh so early.!
The house was super comfortable, and we appreciated the outdoor space with hot tub and fire pit. if you’re sensitive to traffic noise, this house is probably not for you. White noise machines were provided and worked well.
Would definitely stay here again for any race in Manitou Springs!

We had a great time and have no complaints. It was the perfect place for my entire family to get together and spend the weekend. The location was amazing and gave us a very enjoyable getaway. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

We had a wonderful time here!! It’s a perfect home close to everything and just outside the city of Colorado Springs (less traffic) The house is fully stocked and the hot tub was an awesome touch after a long day! We’d stay again!
