We had a great time. Especially loved the plunge pool. Very relaxing after a hot day. The house was small but adorable and offered all the amenities we needed. We didn’t spend much time there but slept well, beautiful shower (with shampoo/conditioner/blow drier). Was able to do a load of laundry and sit in the plunge pool with cute lighting and a waterfall. We couldn’t find the on switch and Dave was kind enough to stop on and show us right away. He was very kind and responsive. We parked our car under the car port so it wasn’t boiling hot. Overall a good find!

We really enjoyed are selfs. This place was everything we were looking for to stay at. The owner's were super nice and helpful. We would recommend this place anyone looking for a nice place to stay. We plan on staying here again.

The property was just as listed. We were not too far from Dallas/Ft Worth sightseeing. The back porch with a jump pool was perfect. Coffee on the back porch was perfect. Communication with the owners was excellent. They responded to everything we needed. Which wasn’t much. The place was well stocked. Thanks for sharing your pets with us. It made us miss ours a little less.

From the time we pulled into the drive till the time our stay was over was peaceful, private, and so very comfortable. The bed was so comfy, the shower was hot and the outside patio area was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was very relaxing. The outside is very private with a soaking pool.. which will use when there in the warmer weather..a grill, bar and table with chairs. We couldn’t have found a more beautiful comfortable place to stay. We will stay here again! Cheers to our host!!

This is a great location for anyone wanting easy access to Denton with the quiet of country. Only 7 minutes to UNT. So clean! So comfortable! Beautiful outdoor space with real kitchen and plunge pool. Terrific owners who cared about our stay. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here to attend a wedding. This rental is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Very quiet and comfortable at night. Had no problems with Buena Vista. Check in was simple. Parking is covered and right in front of rental. It was raining while we were there so this was a very nice feature. Plenty of paper products, shampoo and soap for two people. Although we didn't need anything during our stay, the host checked on us prior to arrival and upon check out to see if we needed anything prior to departure. We would stay here again.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Buena Vista while in town for my boyfriend’s daughter’s commencement from UNT! A little chilly for the plunge pool, but did get to enjoy listening to the waterfall while sitting by the fire pit. In fact, we got engaged right there in the backyard! Thank you!

House and rear yard were nice. Several things come to mind that would have been nice to know. Main house was immediately next to the guest house. Luckily we were only there mostly to sleep. House was lacking clocks and some basic luxuries ie real sugar, foil, plastic wrap, ziplocs, cooking oil, basic spices, hot pads to name a few. I only bring this up because I've rented many vrbo's and they've had these items plus more. The twin bed had an insufferable plastic protector cover just under the sheets. This made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep as it made one of us sweat through the night. The owner also came to service the plunge pool on Saturday or Sunday...luckily we weren't there when it happened but it would have upset me if we'd been in the back trying to enjoy the yard. All I can say is the owner should live in it for a few days to see what kind of creature comforts would be nice to have in their rental. You just don't know what you're missing until you experience it yourself. On a final note, I do want to say that the process, price and the home were clean and adequate for my purpose but I just expected a little more. Thank you also for your attentiveness during our stay.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. This was just the most charming place and had everything you’d need plus more! The little oasis in the back of the house was perfect. My husband did a FaceTime with our 2 year old grandson while out by the goats and he was so excited! We were sorry we had to leave a day early and didn’t get to meet the kind host….but we will DEFINITELY be back!

Buena Vista is the name of the guest house on a ranch that uses therapy horses to help children with special needs. Wonderful spot to enjoy a bit of country life and observe a program helping families.

This house was so beautiful. We loved the front door and the skylights. There was plenty of room for my daughters and I for our Mother/Daughters weekend getaway. The pool was perfect size for the three of us and was so pretty, loved the waterfall. We enjoyed looking at the beautiful horses, the goats and pig. Definitely a great place to stay around the Dallas/Forth Worth Metroplex.

A home away from home minus the hustle and bustle of the city. Very quiet and relaxing. Plunge pool and outdoor kitchen is a plus.A must to experience for the family or by your lonesome. The beautiful horses...the wonderfully fun interaction with the goats and Dave and his wife were exceptional hosts. I will be spreading the news and be back sooner than later.

My two teenage sons and I stayed at this cute little house. It's nestled next to a therapy horse place. The home is small but fully equipped. Bathroom was updated and nice. The plunge pool was a nice respite from the heat. The horse is 10 minutes from corinth and just a little farther to Denton. I would recommend for a small family that doesn't mind a bit of rural living. The owner was friendly and communicative, came out to talk about the therapy goats, and was overall a great experience.

It was an awesome little place and exactly what we were looking for. The 4 of us stayed here on our yearly golf weekend. The pool was great for us as it had seating all around and was great to cool off after playing golf all day.

We were in town for a show at Texas Motor Speedway and this was just the place to stay. Cozy, quit and with room you will not get in a hotel room. This is the place to stay if you're in the area.

Trip was for visiting family near the DFW area. Loved the cottage. It was near yet far enough from main city area to really enjoy surroundings. Loved the country atmosphere and very clean accommodations. Host was very cordial and approachable since they are near. Great for small family to stay at. Highly recommend this place.

Nice quiet neighborhood, house was clean and accommodating. Host gave us two covered parking spots. Nice patio with grill, plunge pool and fire pit but was not able to use due to weather and our time there. Off country road which makes it a little difficult to find especially at night but overall a nice place to stay and price was great!

Stayed at the beautiful and peaceful cabin with family. Property was peaceful and safe for our infant to roam around inside the house. Including the backyard with our supervision, he was entertained by the rocks and the animals they have outside by the ranch. Overall, I highly recommend for a peaceful getaway for families and couples. Dave the host is very kind and responsive throughout your stay.

Mr Dave and his wife were so nice ! This is a great stay option and has tons of charm ! The house was cabin like very cute , every detail thought of ! Their communication was great ! The horses are beautiful, the goats love attention! The backyard I barely left ! Pool was beautiful, bbq and fire pit were gas and easy to use , we will be back ! This was our first stay since we got engaged and will be having my mom and dad stay here when they come for the wedding, the bed in the adult bedroom was soooooo comfortable, book it yall !!
