About this house rental

This 1897 historic home has been completely Updated and is centrally located to everything Grand Junction has to offer.

Located on a corner lot in Downtown Grand Junction, this home is perfectly situated less than 1 mile to both Main Street and Colorado Mesa University. Easy walk to restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

What we love about our property is the character and charm that you experience upon immediate arrival. The home offers a open floor plan with 10' high ceilings, a ton of windows and natural light. With over 1300 square feet in size there is plenty of room for everyone with good spacing between the bedrooms.

The large backyard is fenced and we added a wonderful pergola and fire pit with 2 large outdoor couches for day or night. The covered front porch is great in the morning or on raining afternoon.

We also offer a 2 car garage if you need a secured area for storage while in town. We have plenty of parking in front and behind the home as well.

The home was warm and inviting. The minute we walked through the door, it felt like home. It was clean and spacious and well lit. The linens were very nice and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the bbq grill and the outdoor fire pit with the solar lights. The neighborhood was quiet, centrally located, and fun to walk around, enjoying the beautifully renovated older homes and all the mature trees. We could have used more dishes and silverware, possibly service for 12, so we would not run out of dishes before dinner time. Otherwise, we had all the amenities we would ever need, except for some extra dish towels and dish rags. I will definitely recommend this wonderful home to my friends and relatives, and we will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Grand Junction, which is a lovely city as well!

I stayed here with my husband and one other couple for a weekend trip. There was plenty of space for us to have privacy and together time. A third couple would have worked out just fine. The space is nicely decorated and the kitchen had more items than I typically see in VRBOs- spices, plastic wrap are hard to come by in rentals it seems. Although I packed my what I needed in advance, it would have been great if we had wanted to cook dinner one night. We had coffee every morning together- I love the dining table! I want that room with the table.

The house was great very comfortable place to stay. it was in a great neighborhood and perfect for watching the Independance Day fireworks show. two issues not enough flatware/silverware and trash bags.

The house is charming and roomy. We only needed 2 of the 3 bedrooms. It was perfect for walking to downtown, to the nearby park and a 20 to 30-minute drive to the Mesa, Vineyards, Colorado Monument and Palisade (cute artsy town). The outside area with fire pit and picnic table/grill was nice although we didn't use it. It was handy to have a washer and dryer. I would pack a night light, there weren't any in the hallways and be prepared for NO drawer space in the master bedroom - had to keep everything in the suitcases. Large closet, but no dresser for drawers. Sitting on the front porch in the AM was really nice. The house is located on a quiet street. Drip Coffee Pot as well as single brew was provided. Kitchen was functional and clean! We'll use this location again for our next visit. Quite Charming!!

This house is so comfy, cozy, cute. And convenient! This house has everything you need!! Very clean!!! Comfortable beds and about 10 minutes from everything. The grocery store is 2 miles away. Lincoln park is down the street and has an amazing new pickle ball court. There is also a great public pool! The owners were very responsive and accommodating!! We will definitely return!!

Just what we needed for our Special Olympics weekend at the University. Close enough to walk and situated in a charming and quiet neighborhood. The updated kitchen and bathrooms give it look fresh, clean look. Specious dining room is definitely the heart of this classic home.

This home was the perfect stay for the weekend for our quick trip. The home was very clean and updated. We enjoyed the front porch to sit and watch the children play in the front and the fire pit in the back at night. We had no issues and the host was quick to respond to any questions.

As former locals, we were excited to stay in this area- an area we always were curious about living. It was so lovely! The rooms and location were exactly as described and better. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the outdoor sofas, Mothers Day breakfast on the outdoor dining set and a great barbecue there later as well. Our fav place was the front porch, watching people bike or walk by. The big dining table was a big hit. Beds were super comfy and kitchen was nicely appointed with anything we needed. It was a nice walk downtown and to Lincoln Park. Super relaxing and quiet. We have family and friends in town and will definitely stay here again! Great great home.

A group of my friends and I had a girl's weekend in Grand Junction. I picked this home because of location and for the small, comfortable feeling of it. It was so perfect and bigger than expected. The furniture was comfortable as were all the beds. All of us were impressed with them, and wanted to take them home with us. Its in the perfect location to get to down town. Stocked with everything you need. This home is a charming older home that has been remodeled and feels new, but has that small cozy feel to it.

We had a great stay at this property in Grand Junction! Located a few blocks from the CMU campus and in a great, quiet neighborhood, it was very convenient for us as we were visiting for parent’s’ weekend. The home is very nicely decorated, cozy and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The whole process and stay was so easy. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

A group of 7 of us stayed here to watch the Grand Junction air show. It was a great location, close enough to walk to dinner, but far enough away it was very relaxing and quiet. Rooms are super spacious and beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen had all you need to cook a meal at home. Would definitely come back here!

Have you ever gone into a rental home and felt disappointed? The furniture, decor, and kitchen items are worn out leftovers from the owner's other house. Well, this is not that home! This home has been wonderfully renovated and updated. The furniture and decor are modern, fresh. and coordinated. The kitchen utensils and dishes are good quality and it's well stocked with things we always need: spices, aluminum foil, and plenty of dishwashing pods. There's even enough toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues. There is a huge dining table which is really handy for laying out maps and getting organized for your day. There is a great bench in the mud room where you can take off your hiking boots, and there are hooks for your jackets. The front porch is perfect for that morning cup of coffee and we enjoyed sitting out there and watching the neighborhood come to life. The patio furniture in the back is also really comfy and a good place to relax. The central location is perfect. We walked downtown to dinner one night, it's also really convenient to access the Colorado River Trail system, and close to the medical district. And the owner is easy to work with. This is where you want to stay in Grand Junction.

The place was spotless with great amenities such as coffee, soaps, shampoos etc - the beds are super comfortable and the neighborhood is quiets and very convenient to downtown, Mesa and about anything one would want to do - thank you to the responsive host as well! This rental is the most darling house, with no amenity left unthought of. It was perfect for my family of four, and our two young kids were delighted by the added touches of games and toys geared for them, as well as the kids’ tableware. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, and because it’s an older house, has tons of charm and character with tasteful decor. The dining room table especially is beautiful. The check in and check out processes were very well-communicated. Thank you for sharing your home for our stay in Grand Rapids.

We absolutely loved our stay here over the weekend. It was a short and pleasant walk to the stadium and main campus. It provided enough room for everyone to sleep. The charm of the house cannot be talked about enough; I felt like I was coming home when we walked in. The house was very clean, plenty of linens, comfortable beds, great hot water heater and heating in the house, the old floors are a bit creaky but I thought that just added to the charm. I think we may have found our go-to rental for when we visit our daughter at CMU! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Really cute house. Could not have been any cleaner. Nicely furnished and decorated. Nice to have a dining table that would seat as many people as the house would sleep. We didn't need all the seating but it was nice to see as many times homes can sleep 8 to 10 people but only have room for 4 to 6 to sit down to eat together. Beds were really comfortable. We were only at the house for a quick overnight stay as we were in town for a football game. Wish we had had time to enjoy the outdoor space as well. The owner was quick to respond to questions.
