Great views, close to the center of town but far enough to feel secluded.

Beautiful views. Good communication with hosts before, during and after the stay. Good extras like the beach umbrella and chairs.

I recommend having waters, coffee for guests when they arrive.

Un incubo

La vista dal balcone

L'unico ponte che collega le due parti dell'isola è in rifacimento e quindi non transitabile se non a piedi. La casa però non è assolutamente raggiungibile a piedi dal ponte, soprattutto se avete valigie o bambini al seguito. Questa cosa l'abbiamo scoperta una volta sul posto, quando gli operai ci hanno detto che forse avremmo potuto transitare a notte inoltrata, ma probabilmente la mattina seguente. Noi siamo arrivati a Culebra il 17 gennaio e in seguito ho scoperto che i lavori erano iniziati il 12 dicembre, ancora prima che io prenotassi. Booking e la proprietà non mi hanno avvisata che stavo prenotando una struttura a cui non avrei potuto accedere, mi hanno chiesto il prepagamento addirittura prima dei termini previsti e poi mi hanno detto "beh arrangiati, problema tuo". Sappiate quindi che state prenotando una proprietà a cui potreste non avere accesso una volta sul posto e nessuno vi darà la benché minima assistenza. Una volta che siamo riusciti a raggiungere la casa - grazie agli operai che lavoravano al ponte - questa si trova all'interno di un condominio abbandonato, in parte crollato, il sentiero che forse porta alla spiaggia (?) È inagibile a causa di rami e sterpaglie mai tolti, il bidone della spazzatura straripante (visto che dal 12 dicembre non possono salire a raccoglierla). La casa in sé è piena di cose, dandole un'apparenza di sporcizia e poca cura, forse si vuole dare ai clienti tutto ciò di cui potrebbero aver bisogno, ma faccio certo a meno delle scarpe da ginnastica con calzini dentro di qualcun altro e preferirei un piccolo armadio per le mie cose. Non abbiamo cucinato ma tutti gli accessori della cucina erano spaiati e rovinati. I condizionatori sono rumorosi, così come il letto a castello. Ci sono due bagni ma in uno dei due il wc non funziona e all'interno della cassetta si nota che non può funzionare e rischia anche di allagare il bagno se usato!

It is a beautiful quiet place away from the noise of center of the town. Host was very responsive

We loved the place. Beautiful view, down the road we could walk to the breakfast place. Very quiet. Everything worked and was very clean. We traveled with family. Only we did not have access to the laundry and with kids i needed to do it:(. But we found laundry in the town.

It was a relaxing and delightful experience.

Getting instructions and videos of the property was very helpful because when you arrive to the property it feel like you arrive to your home. The property is cozy and beautifully decorated. I loved the beach team through the apartment.

I did not have more time to stay at the location. My plan is to return and stay at the location for a longer time. I will love to look at the beach while I am preparing my meals or just sit at the balcony for meals.
