PROS: Love love the location!!!! It was awesome for I loved the fact that we were so close to Florence Old Town within walking distance. The house was clean and well furnished.
CONS: Your pictures does not represent the house by not accurately displaying the 2 level of stairs. Those stairs were too much for me unloading and loading our groceries, suit cases, and for my 12 year old dog, etc. If someone who is booking this house, they should see two pictures of those stairs in the entry way and up to the bedrooms to know if they could physically go up and down those stairs multiple times a day. Shame on you for not representing the layout of this home for those booking reservations!!!!!
Next, buy an electronic can opener. The two manual can openers in the drawer are broken.
Parking. The description of the carport should state the width and height for those of us who are crabbing on the dock and are not able to fit a large quad cab 4x4 dually truck in that small carport. The night before we arrived, I asked the host if there are open spaces in the vicinity or street parking, they said no! Two days later, I get a message that we can park in the open spaces, good to know after the fact cause that's what we did on day one!!! Please insert into the description width/height of the very small parking space in the carport and that there are open spaces or street parking available.
Lastly, the door lock was broken which is why I couldn't use the lock code. We luckily received the key using the key box, but it was awfully hard to unlock the door when the locking mechanism turns 360 degrees. I informed the host the next day so the owner can get a locksmith to fix the door lock. I had to have my husband be the key keeper for opening and locking the door.
Will I come back to reserve this location again? Absolutely not.

Being in Old Town near the river. Spacious for 1-4 people but I was traveling alone with a dog. I liked that my dog was welcome without additional charges. The living room furniture was comfortable. I appreciated Netflix being available, that was a nice surprise. The WiFi was strong.
The stairs have trim on the steps that hurt your feet. The plank flooring was tough on the stairs for my dog without any tread/rug and were VERY steep. Of the five nights I could not sleep past 6 a.m. because of property maintenance, garbage trucks, street/parking lot sweepers and one night with a community member fighting with another screaming and driving recklessly away. There weren’t any laundry pods or dryer sheets to do a couple loads of laundry. Not enough towels were left for me to have enough for new ones daily. There wasn’t any spray cleaner to keep the kitchen tidy. There wasn’t enough silverware and a little bit better quality ones would have been appreciated cheap ones cut into your hands and mouth. The parking spot is very small so it is tight to park a larger vehicle without being concerned for the posts.

This property is in a great location, very quiet, bed was super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. It had plenty of space and good wifi.
The only minor complaints I had were the number of stairs (which wasn’t bad just a lot when I was traveling for work and had to carry all my work gear up and down them) and the lack of darkening shades in the bedroom, which faces east. It would have been nice to sleep in past 6am after working until 11pm the night before.

Nice and clean! Right in town and around the corner from the old historic part of downtown. Quiet and relaxing no matter how many days you stay. It's tricky parking if you have a bigger vehicle, but there were a few open spots that were not under the first level of the townhouse to use. I wish we could have stayed longer! I will definitely look to see if this place is available the next time we come up!
I had to search for check out procedures. I have stayed at other places that usually have on-site instructions on the fridge or in a binder handy. This is the first time I have booked through this website so if I didn't know to really look, I may not have taken care of everything.

Location, space, appropriate to our needs.
Because of an unexpectedly late flight, we arrived after dark. The off street parking was a puzzle in the dark and the light over the lockbox had burned out. We figured it out (with a light from my phone) and after that had a great experience.

We loved the view from the master bedroom to the river, the bed was comfortable, as well as the bed linens. You're in walking distance to stores and restaurants. We were there to visit family, and were just a few miles away. Also, having a washer and dryer means everything to me! The living room is very comfortable, and having two bathrooms and showers was fantastic! The kitchen is big and well stocked with things you need.
Even though we saw the outside photo of the apartment, we didn't expect that many steps. We are seniors and in good shape, but carrying suitcases up two large staircases with shallow steps was hard. If we stay again, I will pack differently. Also, the noise from the parking lot at night can get loud, but luckily not for very long.

Good location in Old Town. Very close to shops, cafes/restaurants and the river. Nice view from bedroom deck over town to part of river and hills.
Spacious living room and master bedroom. Light and clean.
Great to have a dedicated parking spot in a covered port next to the condo.
There was roof repair going on for two days which was very disruptive and loud, starting at 7:30/8am when we first arrived. After two days of driving it was not good to be woken early with drilling, banging and men clambering over the roof with a view into our room.
The space is well kept and clean, though lacks some kitchen items that would help such as serving bowls and tea spoons and a kettle. A few basic items would be nice in the pantry such as salt and pepper, olive oil and ice already made so you don’t have to shop for everything immediately.
Odd that second bathroom is downstairs. Our daughter ended up sharing the upstairs bathroom with us which defeated the object of having separate bathrooms.
