Always love staying here.

This is a great condo. Feels newer and clean. Very walkable to the Bayfront. If stairs are a problem for you, this might not be the place you want to rent. The downstairs bathroom does not have any window covering, but as long as no one is on the roof if the building next door, is still private. The kitchen could use some drinking/water glasses, as there are only plastic wine glasses and rocks glasses. Definitely would stay here again.

This place was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Only comment was the extra comforter that my daughter wanted to use smelled old and musty. Maybe need to be laundered better. Also, there was enough coffee to make half a pot for one day. I get not providing condiments but coffee starts the day for many people. The 2 flights of stairs would be difficult to navigate for some people. All in all, good experience.

Great clean property in a great location for a great price. Would stay here again for sure.

This was a wonderfully located VRBO. Close to everything. It was very clean and I would stay there again.

Place was clean and close to old town and easy to book.

We loved this place! Bakery across the street, Florence playhouse let my grandkids do Karaoke. Minutes to the beach. Fun

Liked location and orientation of spot. Easy to walk to town and restaurants. No kitchen items ( salt/pepper, coffee or more than 2 filters, 2 ice cubes). Beds comfortable and bathrooms on each floor was great.

House was nice and comfortable. Good TV, Wifi and beds.
There's a lot of steps with trim boards on the front edge of each step so you really have to be careful. There isn't any grass for pet relief, just a alley behind the building with gravel. Neither of those were a big deal. I would stay here again without our little dog.

clean and comfortable beds and furniture. Great TV and wifi. We stayed during a steady downpour.

No unit number with address. Zero mixing bowls or bowls large enough for a salad. Not one pot holder for taking hot items out of oven or microwave- burned my finger on a hot pan. Bench for dinner table felt like it would break under me.
Linens were clean, hot water and plenty of soap.

Very modern comfortable place to stay. There are 2 sets of very steep stairs so not for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked but don’t go expecting spices or anything. Not even salt and pepper. Our final few check in messages had the address but not the unit. It took a while to get through to someone to get that information. I later found the unit number in an email sent a week out so take note of that. It’s location is great. We would stay there again.

Great location-but that’s where it ends. This is THE most BASIC and stripped down rental we have EVER stayed in. Not even real glassware-plastic only (wine out of a scratched plastic cup? Yeah, hard pass); not even a bowl large enough to toss a salad; no wine bottle opener; scratchy towels that the cleaning staff is trying to disguise by using fabric softener so they’re scratchy AND aren’t absorbent; the throws had multiple stains and NEED TO BE LAUNDERED; Vacasa sends a text telling you to ‘strip the bed’-what? And when I did, I almost vomited, the mattress pad needs laundering and the pillows need TO GO IN THE TRASH-nothing else would be acceptable. There are nearly 40 steep and barely code compliant stairs in this unit that are slippery and unsafe; parking is a NIGHTMARE-DO NOT SHOW UP WITH A LARGE VEHICLE-you WILL NOT FIT IN THE RIDICULOUS PARKING SPOT; never been to a VRBO that didn’t have ‘some’ common spices i.e. s&p, etc. left by previous tenants, etc. There are MUCH better rentals, we will not be return guests. One additional comment, Best Thai is anything but-avoid at all costs. Go to Waterfront Depot instead (and just ignore the awful FOH gal).

Extremely clean (except for glass oven top), comfortable beds, two bathrooms, fully stocked linens, quiet yet very convenient location to restaurants and shops (walking distance) - would definitely stay again! Just a note: have to navigate one flight of stairs to living area/kitchen and second flight of stairs to bedrooms- may not be appropriate for those with health issues.

Condo was perfectly located for us. Nice and clean. Enjoyed being close to everything and close to our friends that were staying at Odfello’s rv park.

Located well within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. Because of the many stairs, I would not recommend this home to anyone physically challenged.
