The Space:
Welcome to this amazing 3-bedroom 3-bath 2,200 sq ft family retreat, located on the South side of Clearwater Beach and ideally placed on a quiet canal just off the Intracoastal waterways. This condo is just 2 short blocks to the beach, and is walking distance to the restaurants, excursions, and the famous Pier 60 nightly sunset festival, great fun for the whole family. In the unit you will find high quality furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, housekeeping done to the highest standard, and many features you would expect to find in your own home.

Opening to a large deck with water view, the living room has comfortable lounge chairs, a large TV, and a full dining set for 6, and a bar area with sink. The living room opens to a full kitchen with granite counters, breakfast counter, a large refrigerator with ice-maker, electric range, dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The kitchen is well-equipped with good knives, pots and pans, and many small appliances one would expect to find in one's own kitchen. Small amount of basic non-perishable groceries and cooking condiments (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, etc.) is also provided for the guests' convenience.

The master bedroom has a massive king bed with a brand-new memory foam mattress, a flat screen TV, walk-in closet, sliding door to a deck and, a full en-suite bath with granite counters and separate Jacuzzi and a large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed (also with a memory foam mattress) and a separate queen futon sleeper, dresser, flat screen Smart TV, a closet, and a full en-suite bath with tub/shower combination. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, a closet, and an en-suite bath with tub/shower combination.

The unit has a complete utility room with washer, dryer, sink and cleaning supplies.

There building has a year-round heated pool with spill-over spa and plenty of lounge chairs. Charming Tiki Huts are a fun place to sit and watch the Intracoastal activities. Facing the pool there is also a locking outdoor storage closet - that has beach chairs that are available for the guests’ use, as well as beach and pool toys, boogie boards, etc.

This non-smoking accommodation sleeps 8. There is an assigned single parking space; a second car can be parked in one of the guest parking spaces. The parking spaces can easily accommodate a large SUV or a minivan; however, no trailers can be brought in and parked in the garage.

The deck faces the Intracoastal; deck table and chairs sit 4 guests, and there are 2 additional chairs and a small table.

The check-in time is 4PM, the check-out time is 10AM. Depending on the rental schedule, especially in the low season we may be able to accommodate earlier check-in or later check-out times. Stays of two weeks or longer will receive a discounted rate, please inquire with us prior to booking. Last minute discounts (arrival within 1 weeks) available. Basic cable, and high-quality mesh WiFi with high-speed internet are provided.

Overall a very good stay. Plenty of room, well laid out rooms. Kitchen was well stocked and had good appliances. Comfortable beds and plenty of bathroom space. The balcony is accessible from the master and living room and overlooks a quiet bay. Property is in a good location within easy walking distance to the beach. We would stay here again.

We took our adult children on a Spring Break vacation. The condo and location was perfect! There was plenty of space for all of us. The only improvement I recommend is having more than one washcloth and bath towel per guest for the week would be a nice change. The beds were comfortable and everyone had great rest. We were close to everything and walked everywhere. We look forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay with our family ( 2 sons and their wives) at this condo. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and at a great location. Nice pool and lounging deck. Easy walk to the beach, it was nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Communication with the property owner were easy very timely.

We stayed with our 3 kids and a couple with their kiddo. It was wonderful. Loved the layout. Great to have breakfast and cook lunch/dinner. Pool was nice size and the hot tub was hot. The locker by the pool with the toys was awesome to saved us from buying a lot of toys to just leave behind.

Impressive footprint. Large bedrooms with their own closets and bathrooms. Kitchen and living room were spacious. Covered balcony spanned length of the bedroom and living room giving it a ton of space for you to sit or lay around. Amenities were of higher quality (kitchen, furniture, beds, etc). Beach was a short two city block walk. You also have access to your own 'toy closet' full of items for the beach. Pool/spa were nice to have for night time lounging around. You're also in the middle of the action here at Clearwater beach. Visit Surf Style store just around the corner for any swimwear/clothing. Starbucks and Pier 60 are just around the corner as well as restaurants. Han and Sergei have you covered. They were tremendous hosts to work with when we had questions and their place is simply spacious and complete with necessary amenities for traveling guests.

We could not have asked for a nicer more comfortable place to stay. We had a very good experience staying at this location. The condo was large, clean with a lot of space and on site parking. We where located at a 5 minute walking distance to the beach, eatery and nightlife. Absolutely beautiful views.

With the 3 bedrooms/baths for adults is great for a group of 6. We had a group of 8 adults over 50 yrs old. The futon would be better for kids. Sergei was very attentive with trying to resolve a beach umbrella issue. The kitchen is well equipped.

Every vacation we take we use VRBO. This is a clean and well equipped condo. Close to the beach and restaurants. Short walk to boat tours and shopping. We traveled with my family, a 20, 18 and 16 year old, they enjoyed the beach and all the activities that are very close. Host is very good and quick to respond with any questions you have.

Everything from the communications prior to our stay to the condo itself were excellent. It had plenty of room for 6 adults, is in a great location and is just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was updated and stocked with everything we needed. It was fun to watch the dolphins swim in the canal from the deck. The owner really went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience and we are hoping to come back again next year.

The property was better than expected and clean, spacious and close to everything. We could definitely walk to any restaurant, shopping or the beach with no problem. I was there with my four young adult/teenage boys and husband and we had a ton of space for all of us. We never felt like we were on top of one another. The check in process with Sergei was very easy and he was always available to answer any questions before arriving and while staying there. Parking was a breeze, getting into the condo was easy, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms large and plenty of living space in the kitchen and living room. The deck/outdoor space was great to sit outdoor with a morning coffee and watch the pelicans. The beach was only a short 5 min walk and two blocks away. The boys enjoyed sitting in the hot tub at night too! There’s a nice walking path close to the beach/condo and leads to the Pier to watch a sunset. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone interested in visiting Clearwater and would definitely rent again.
