Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and beautiful Gulf of Mexico, just steps from the house to the beach boardwalk! A short stroll down the beach and you are upon Caledesi Island, renowned as one of the top 10 beaches in the world! Fine restaurants and shopping are nearby. Thank you so much Kirby for letting us enjoy your wonderful property located in North Beach Clearwater Beach Florida (AGAIN).. Property is exactly as listed. Guests will enjoy a very lush tropical setting in the backyard (pool area) during the day and relish the evening sunsets just steps away on the beach. The house has an old key west feel with wooden floors throughout and a very spacious main level living area. I enjoyed the old Florida vibe of the property and having the ability to travel by bike to downtown Clearwater Beach makes this property a must visit. If you are looking for a property located in the residential area of North Beach, I would highly recommend it. Thanks again to Kirby and Family for another stellar visit.

It was cold and windy so we spent most of our time inside or chasing the sun in the numerous and comfy outdoor spaces. Perfect for people who like to spread out for reading or gather for chatting. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Loved the luscious green backyard. Owner was a delight to communicate with. We will be back.

We were in town for a family wedding and this house was perfectly located and had plenty of space for the group staying there, as well as a spacious living area that we could use for group dinners! The house had everything we needed - if you plan on staying for an extended period or cooking a lot you should plan to stock the kitchen, but they have all the equipment. The host was flexible, communicative, and kind!

We loved this house. It was so comfortable it felt like home the minute we walked in! The location is ideal to spend a long day at the beach, a bit secluded from the resorts and public parking locations. Kirby is an awesome host and was very responsive and accommodating. Will book again next year!

We had a great stay in this house. It was as-advertised and in a perfect location. Close enough to restaurants and shops but far enough away to have a completely uncrowded beach. We enjoyed the kayaks and bikes and the pool.

The house location is absolutely stellar! A beautiful neighborhood and steps to North Beach. Plenty of beach toys and chairs provided. We had a bit of a snafu with check in but the owner was very responsive and we were made whole. The backyard area is lush and absolutely beautiful though sadly we could not use it due to the bugs. We did use the grill! There was ample amount of space for everyone and the beds were comfy. Because of the location, neighborhood and size we would definitely recommend this rental.

I had a conference in Clearwater and decided to take my wife, two kids under 3, and my in laws. We had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect just steps from the beach. The house and pool area were well maintained. We had trouble with one of the door locks during our stay and they sent over someone to fix it quickly. We would rent this house again the next time we are in Clearwater.

I can’t say enough about how accommodating Kirby was for our group. House was beautifully decorated and clean. Pool and outside sitting areas were very nice. Tons of things for the beach which is literally right across the street. Close to downtown and restaurants. . Parking for cars. But the best was knowing we had a owner that was there if we needed special attention Thank you Kirby. I recommend this rental to everyone! Bettie

I wish I could give 10 stars to this wonderful house and the our host, Kirby! We felt so welcome and relaxed everyday. The location is perfect, close to everything but secluded. The pool, Beach supplies, towels, etc make this house so easy to come to. You just pack your clothes and are good to go. The beach access is super close. There is construction directly across the street which blocks the ocean view from the upstairs porch but that is out of the owners control. We had a great visit.

What a lovely house! Perfect set up with the half bath downstairs - beautiful big back porch and we enjoyed meals outside many nights!!! Easy walk to the beach and having the bikes to take into town was a favorite - thank you to our hosts who were so friendly - our family enjoyed every second of our stay! Just enough space for us to share time together but roomy enough to have our own quiet moments - hope to be able to stay again!
