Room Were clean, Staff were cordial.
All the extra amnesties and activities like archery, Trampoline, Quad Bike etc were of extra charge. Overall value for money is not there. The rooms were of hotel standard. But they were charging too much for just the room and breakfast. Other resorts provide all the activities complimentary to the room. Whereas it was not the case here. Whole resort was crowded which is understandable considering season. They should reduce the rate of room if all the activities available are complimentary. Overall wouldn't consider for next time and wouldn't recommend to any of my kin.

Breakfast was kinda ok. The Indian parts are good. Fresh omlette masala is nice. The Western/ European parts are crap.
The room and most of the furniture looked old and needs to be renovated.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is nice, beautiful views. The facilities were generally clean. Sheets and towels looked clean. Buffet is decent.
The hotel is not being maintained well... it is an old hotel that I'm sure at one time was considered luxury and high end. Unfortunately the rooms are very run down now and need an update badly if they want to continue to call themselves a luxury 4 star resort. Our room was a "cottage suite" and the size was great, but the furnishings and finishes looked old and dirty. Our washroom had broken and cracked tiles all over the wall near the sink and in the shower. Just grungy and old looking. Very disappointed with the room. We also had NO hot water for our first day. We followed the instructions to turn on the geiser switch but it did not work. After multiple calls to get it fixed, it was finally fixed at 1am! I have to say that the staff were always very polite everytime I called and two staff even brought buckets of hot water to our room for us so that we could shower - amazing service in that sense. Just sad that the facilities are so run down, especially for the price we paid.

Nice locality.. Horrible food. Rooms were very bad. We booked a premier room and classic double room.Classic rooms are ok..We asked for a change of room because of insects and lack of working power sockets. They only changed after we got into a heated dicussion. Looks like they just take guests for granted. If u are travelling from far don't go for stay. We were 5 adults and 2 kids less than 3 year. Many others options do your research well don't go by the name
Please check the pic I have posted to look at the horrible food they have served. We ordered for spring rools which were burnt ,onion pakoda salty, samosa very stale. Morning buffet was a rescue thank to some semiya and bread.

Parking space is ample
We stayed in classic room.I would say the resort is located at good place but view from the rooms are not that good .Unless you come out in open space in the resort you can not view the valley.Best rooms are the one facing valley and the top most floor (3rd Floor)
Service level at the resort are medicore.
Staff at the restaurant is bad.Restaurant always has a very weird smell .Food is OK,
Parking space is abundant this is plus point for the property.
I have stayed in couple of stering resort properties but I rate this property bad compared to other in all parameters.
