Welcome to the Pacific NW! Our beautifully furnished 3-bedroom rowhouse is located in the vibrant Lake City neighborhood, which serves as the perfect home base for your Seattle adventures. With its spacious open-plan living area, modern kitchen, and outdoor patio, our home is the perfect spot for you to unwind and recharge after a day of exploring the city. Plus, we promise to only tell you where the locals go (unless you're a tourist, then we'll spill all our secrets).
Our home is only 15-40 mins away from some of Seattle's most popular attractions:

- Space Needle/Seattle Center/MoPop: 25 mins
- Seattle Pier: 30 mins
- T-Mobile Park/Lumen Field: 25 mins

And if you're bringing your furry friends along for the ride, no worries! Our home is pet-friendly so they can enjoy Seattle with you.
We've made sure to include all the little touches that will make your stay unforgettable, like high-quality linens, towels, and free Wi-Fi (because who doesn't need Wi-Fi these days?). Plus, we've got a garage for your car and free street parking, so you can focus on the important things, like planning your next coffee shop hop.

The Space:
Enjoy Seattle in comfort and style at our beautiful home, perfect for groups of friends, couples, or families. The spacious layout spans 1,420 sq ft with plenty of natural light, three cozy bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a lovely patio area to soak up the summer sun. Our home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Whether you're here for a quick weekend trip or an extended stay, our home provides a comfortable and inviting atmosphere to enjoy Seattle.
The master bedroom, featuring a king-size cloud memory foam mattress and attached bathroom, is located on the first floor, providing easy access to the patio area furnished with outdoor furniture. On the second floor, you'll find the cozy living room with a couch. The dining area, powder room, and fully equipped kitchen are also located on the second floor for your convenience.
The remaining two bedrooms, one with a king-size cloud memory foam mattress and the other with a queen-size cloud memory foam mattress and an adjustable height desk, are on the third floor, along with a full bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with essential utensils for cooking, giving you the option to dine out at one of the many local restaurants or prepare a home-cooked meal.
Stay connected with high-speed internet and a tri-band WiFi 6 router system, ensuring you can keep up with your favorite cat videos on YouTube or binge-watch your latest Netflix obsession without any buffering issues.
The entrance to our home is private, accessed through a driveway behind other townhomes, away from the main street to provide a quiet and peaceful environment. You can park your compact-sized vehicle in our parking garage or find plenty of street parking on surrounding streets.
Lastly, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer on the third floor, complete with a starter supply of detergent and dryer sheets under the bathroom sink for guests who need to do laundry during their stay. We hope you enjoy your stay at our beautiful Lake City Rowhouse!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of two utility closets: one in the master bedroom on the first floor and another next to the kitchen on the second floor.
Guest Interaction:
While I am not physically present on the property, I am always available and just a quick phone call or message away if you need any assistance during your stay.

Our home is equipped with 1 security camera: front entrance doorbell
The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels.
We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:
- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)
- Load the dishwasher and start it
- Empty all the trash & recycle
- Check all doors and windows to ensure that they are locked
- Scan QR code in the first floor hallway to notify our cleaners of your departure

Getting Arround:
We highly recommend guests to have a vehicle to fully explore the greater Seattle area. We have one garage parking space, and free street parking is available on the surrounding streets. Public transit and ridesharing are also common and available in the area, providing additional options for transportation.

We take great pride in being good neighbors and request the same from our guests and their companions. To ensure the property remains in excellent condition and we maintain our promise to be good neighbors, we have strict policies regarding noise, smoking, occupancy limits, property damage, and cleanliness. Please follow the rules below:
Parties/Events: Parties or events are not permitted for any reason. This property is equipped with a Ring security camera at the front door, as well as noise sensors. If we are alerted to any unauthorized incident, your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund.
Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
Smoking/Vaping: This is a smoke-free home, including the patio area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping, is allowed.
Unauthorized Guests: We welcome all our guests with open arms! We understand that family and/or friends may visit during the stay at our home. However, we kindly request that you let us know in advance if any guests not on the reservation are staying overnight. We welcome visitors, but additional overnight guests must be approved in advance. Unapproved guests may be charged an additional fee per person per night and/or may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests.
Shoe: We are a shoe-free home. All shoes must be taken off at entry. We strongly recommend bringing a pair of slides or slippers for the backyard. Please help keep our home clean and in great shape for all future guests. It is difficult and time-consuming to clean stains, so a $50 fee will be charged for any carpet or rug stains left in the home.
Safety: We do not condone any unsafe activities on the premises. Any unsafe activities may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. These activities include, but are not limited to:
• Jumping from / over any railing
• Jumping from elevated surfaces
• Climbing out of bedroom windows onto any surface
• No Firearms
• No drug use, including marijuana
• No alcohol consumption by guests under 21
• No fireworks/hazardous materials
• No thefts
If you or your companions violate the above rules, below are sample penalties:
• Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size
• Smoking in the home: $350
• Late check-out past 10am without approval: $75
• Surpassing guest count on reservation: $50 per guest, per night
• Additional cleaning due to undue filthiness: $250

The property was fine, much as listed. There were minor issues but nothing the owner couldn't fix over night. Parking was just terrible. I assumed it would be, not not to this degree. My dog was welcome and that's what mattered to me.

This property was nicely appointed and clearly tried to prepare for a positive guest experience. We enjoyed ourselves and the condo, the only caution for future guests to be aware of is that the driveway into the complex is quite steep. It did not stop us at all, but it might be a drawback for some.
