Location of Property -
This beautiful 2 bedroom town house with on-site private parking has recently been refurbished with a new luxury fully equipped kitchen/dining room with built in dishwasher, washer dryer and full sized fridge freezer, along with a new bathroom suite. You would be located in the centre of Cromer, just a short 3 minute walk into town and the beach. Cromer has a vast amounts of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops along with many other sites and attractions for you to explore.
Property Information -
Main bedroom with a double bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a full length mirror with a view of the parking space for the property and Cromer church.
Second bedroom with a single bed and chest of drawers.
Newly refurbished bathroom equipped with bath, shower and wash basin.
Lounge which includes a comfortable L shape sofa which also easily pulls out creating a sofa bed. 42" Smart TV with free access to Netflix (no live tv, but can still watch live tv on iplayer, itv hub etc).
Wood burner can be used in the winter months (wood not included)
Fully-equipped kitchen with full size fridge-freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. 3 seated breakfast bar with a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own pods). Dining table which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Free on-site private parking for 1 car (can fit large vehicles/vans).
Also free street parking on the street opposite.

Basement and Attic is currently not in use.
The pathway to the house is right of way access only. 1 step down for the path and 1 small step up for the front door entrance.
Self-checkin - key will be in a locked box on the right wall next to the front door. Code will be messaged to you days before your arrival.
Pet friendly - must be kept downstairs.
Getting around -
Cromer train station is a 10/15 minute walk from the property which can take you all the way to Norwich, City. From Norwich, you can get a train all over Norfolk and other places, including London. The bus station is a 5/10 minute walk into town which can take you all over Norfolk. Taxis are available all hours. Everything in Cromer can be walked to.

Property itself was ok but due to arriving i n a van was a problem. Access to onsite parking was very awkward as in a tight alleyway surrounded by brick walls.

The cottage is very near to the town & beach. We had our dog with us & as there wasn’t a garden it meant more walks than we’d planned. The guide said up to three dogs but it wasn’t big enough or had the space for 3. The upstairs was spacious & the bathroom & loo were clean & fresh. The kitchen was as stated & clean. In the lounge an uplighter didn’t work and it would have been helpful to have a side table for drinks. The TV was bit of a chore to work. The hearth was covered in dust. The outside light didn’t work.
