For its food, location, and its warm staff, Lanson is surely worth visiting!
Firstly, it was so nice that Ms. Noelle (Norelle) from the front desk remembered us! We previously visited the hotel back in March (I think? Or early April) to inquire about the hotel, and to have dinner. I didn't expect her to remember us. Next, our request for our rooms to be close together was accommodated. We were traveling with my aunt and cousin, and we had a lot to catch up on, so it was nice that the rooms assigned to us were just in front of each other. The food, ever since we first visited until the time we actually stayed, has always been good! Worth mentioning also is the Appelles Apothecary toiletries. I actually had to take a photo of the Rosella shampoo because it smelled so, so good and I wanted to check if it's available at the mall. But based on Appelles' website, I don't think they have stores in Manila.
Parking is limited. During our stay in late April, parking was full due to the number of guests, but valet was readily available. I also saw that some spaces in the parking area were closed off, so I assume that they're renovating to add more slots. Currently, I would estimate that there around 30 slots for guests. Fun Run season. The Earth Day fun run was held on the night of our stay. My cousin said that they were able to sleep peacefully, but in our case, we could hear the loud music (though muffled) from the fun run below. But it wasn't too much of an issue. I guess, on that note, Lanson is also a perfect place to stay for those attending fun runs since the fun runs are usually located around the MOA area.

A nightmare on my departure date
Toilet flush on the side instead of traditional location. They finally get it. Room was clean and all amenities ok. Bed comfortable. Noella at reception was 5-star.
Breakfast spread was very minimal. Orange Juice was like sugary mix of cheap concentrate. Had to ask for cheddar cheese, but had none. Definitely need a revamp. I was told at check-in that there would be a Milo run on Sunday 28 April starting at 1:00 A.m. I told them that I had an early flight and had to leave hotel by 4hrs30, and wanted to ensure that grab car could access the hotel. I was reassured of same. On the departure date, it became a nightmare when the grab cars could not access the hotel. I was cancelled twice and the hotel staff did not help. I was in panic mode as I would miss my flight. I finally had to walk more than 300 metres with my 3 pieces of luggage all the way to the nearest burger king where I could connect on wi-fi and I finally got a Grab car. When I passed security at the airport, they were calling my name. I just made it to my flight to Singapore. Staff did not help in this situation. I will never stay in that place again.

fun, relaxing, and worth it!
It is accessible and have a nice location for leisure activities. The staffs are very polite and accommodating, all smiles! Very innovative to ask for a request and have an expensive vibe.

Lovely brand new hotel, excellent service and comfortable stay.
The staff were exceptionally helpful, really went out of their way for hotel guests. Swimming pool was nice, and the rooms were spotless clean. Location was very handy for the Mall of Asia, and in a nice area. Felt safe to walk around in the evening as a solo female traveler.
Room was on the small side, but not so much that it mattered.

For Mall of Asia, a great luxurious option.
The property only started operation with a soft launch in November 2023. The corner suite we had was quite well furnished, clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable, pillows a bit soft, but thats my personal preference. The hotel had an operational restaurant (food was OK, nothing spectacular), but no room service yet or 24h dining There was also a coffee bar on the ground floor with decent coffee and light bites. Gym was well equipped, with lifestyle treadmills and the usual range of pulley machines and free weights, with a dedicated yoga room, water cooler and towels. Rooftop infinity pool was nice, roughly 30x4m in size and a separate small kids pool, good view of manila bay and suitable for lap swimming if thats what you want. There is no spa or associated services like massage etc. Our suite came with two large 80+inch LG flatscreens one in the living room, other in the bedroom, with a decent selection of international channels and local ones too of course. Bathroom had twin sinks, freestanding tub, rain shower and single toilet. The water flow was OK, but could be better and the plumbing was noisy in the bathroom, i.e. if you were in the bathroom you could hear the guy upstairs taking a shower, but fortunately the noise didn't intrude into the bedroom. In-room safe was large enough for a laptop. Location wise, if you want the Mall of Asia at your backdoor and Manila beach parade on your doorstep, then this is a great place. It is not connected to MoA, but is a very short walk across the street away. I think the only connected hotel is the Conrad. Security was decent and staff attentive.
I think as they are a new operation, they are still figuring a few things out. The check out was slow given that I was one of two guests checking out and it still took 15 minutes. Small things like the cold water feed tap in the small bathroom being closed and necessitating me figuring out what was happening and then opening the concealed sink cabinet to turn it on shows how new the place is and maybe them missing a few things. OVERALL, a very nice place to stay though and recommended.
