Tired and expensive

The manager was super friendly and helpful. The location was superb - right between the restaurant strip and the ocean. There is a well-maintained pool.

The two-bedroom unit we had was very old and tired and needed a good clean. Everything about it felt outdated and either slightly broken or on the edge of it. The lack of aircon was an issue on our really hot weekend. It was expensive for our one night and we all felt it was not good value, even if it was during school holidays. We would not stay there again.

Location is great and room was clean. Don't expect luxury.

The location is great, very close to the beach and shops/restaurants/bars. The room was clean.

The furniture and décor of the room is very dated.

Way too short could have stayed much longer. In fact I am sure we will be back.

Location, beach , shops, restaurants and more beach

Although these did not slow the amount we enjoyed our stay, worth mentioning. With heavy traffic outside getting over to get to WEST Burleigh was impossible, decided the best was to loop around to the esplanade and back out on 1st Ave to get across to the turn right to Burleigh. Finish of the room needed some love, looked like it was ready for a makeover. As I said none of this stopped us enjoying our stay.

Superb

We loved our stay at Burleigh Gardens. Fantastic location, no need for a car as you can walk everywhere. Our kids aged 2 and 4 loved the pool. We look forward to staying here again!

we have stayed in a number of places in Burleigh on the Esplanade over the years and this was the biggest disappointment

the microwave didn’t work, the fridge leaked and it was extremely noisy

Enjoyable time spent with family, especially grand kids.

Beach short walk, through rear of premises, cafe's short walk, opposite Life Saving Club and flags and toilets/change rooms. Three hour parking area for visitors, also street. Reasonable views of ocean and good hinterland and city views. Laundry and toilet combined, with separate bath room. We rented 2 apartments with 6 adults and 3 kids. No complaints. All clean and tidy. Would stay again.

As there are usually four adults, an onsuite would have been good, but all went well with the one toilet and separate bathroom.

The view was beautiful from the unit, this is what stood out for us

The bath room was poor with the shower going cold multiple times and being extremely loud, the sheets and pillows felt old and dirty and bed was quite in comfy, luckily the view we had was worth it and that we didn’t spend too much time at the unit
