A great Easter vacation with a family group. Would stay again.

Great location, close to shops. Two bathrooms very handy with a family group. Lovely pool area and well maintained gardens.

Basically great for location . Nice apartment that needed attention to aircon, dishwasher and cleaning

Location and amenities were top notch Spacious and well appointed

Smelled strongly of cigarettes when air con put on Not cleaned properly.. rubbish not removed from under coffee table Dishwasher unusable due to smell and lack of function. We ran one cycle, the terrible smell remained and dishes still dirty

Location, apartment and facilities.

Keys to be used at all gates and doors and we did not get a spare one, so it was difficult to organise how to get in/out for a family with teenagers.

2 security doors to access room and only 2 keys for 5 guests Room had little ledges between most rooms that everyone stubbed toes on

Location, accommodation, facilities, staff.

There was an odor coming from the laundry pipes, so we had to keep the door closed for that reason. Our two year old crawled over a small shard of glass in the living room soon after arrival (he was fine). We received a noise complaint for the children moving chairs across the balcony.

Top location, lovely apartment complex and comparatively cheap to other places in the area.

A+ for location! ... right in the heart of Burleigh. Just a stroll to cafes, restaurants, shops and beach. Our apartment was clean and modern with all the amenities as promised. Pool was crystal clean and gardens pristine. We arrived on a Sunday when office was closed but was an easy process to get our key from a lock box at the entry and find our way up to our apartment. Will be back for sure! Thank you :)

Spacious and comfortable apartment, which was well equipped. Good location from which to explore Gold Coast area.

Ceiling fan light switched itself on randomly in the night, which was a little disruptive to our sleep.

great base to have for our stay

great size. fabulous location close to the beach and lots of bars and shops nearby too. pool was nice.

there was a lot of random stuff, I.e. a light up bubble sword, lying around. the apartment could do with a deep clean too, mould in bathrooms and musty smell too.

Appartment was fine

The manager Darren who was upfront and rude. Not at all helpful and including him all the staff were unhelpful. I just asked them for 2 hours for the sake of packing up but the manager hang up on me and texted me that I will be calling cops if you did not left the appartment at 0900 am. In the hospitality business how can a manager of the property deals a customer like this. This was my worst experience and lastly at the eleventh hour they told me that there are no lifys at the property and when I asked them to give me appartment on the lower level they told me to cancel the booking and get the refund from booking.com intead of asking us for anything. Not at all recomended I must say. Getting rude and hanging up on your customers and sending them the text messages is not at all acceptable.

Fantastic apartment, relaxing stay!

Beautiful spacious modern apartment, with a lovely little pool. Great location and quiet apartments.

We had some very minor security issues specific to our Autistic son that only became apparent upon arrival. This would not affect a typical family. Although we would expect the management to have access to all property keys, the patio door keys were not. Staff were very helpful in working a solution for us.
