Recommended for a short stay. The host was welcoming and even though the house is amongst others it is a quiet area. Big rooms with high ceilings make you feel very relaxed and not closed in, a complete contrast to the Wildthout Hotel I stayed in last night that had poky rooms. The bed was pretty comfy and the continental breakfast has nice. Not much to do in Delfsen except walks and cycling. The host provides a bike if you require one.
I had to park the car out of my sight away from the house which was okay with the car I was driving but I would not like to have to leave a classic car out of my sight.

We Stayed here for a night whilst on route to the Aseen TT. We have stayed in a lot of hotel / B&B's and this is by far one of the best we have ever stayed in. We receieved a very warm welcome. An amazing building with lots of history. Our room was perfect and very relaxing. A realy good breakfast which was served to us (very rare nowadays), that personal touch.
Its only a 2 minute walk into town, with some lovey restaurants and terraces. We will be returing to explore the area. Thank you Rene for the fantastic service.

Nice little bed and breadfast in a former monastary. The staff was friendly, the communal facilities were a nice bonus.
