Los restaurantes son deliciosos, creo que es mejor si tienes auto para poder moverte a lugares más lejanos.
Me gustó todo, quizás falta algún asiento en las áreas designada para los fumadores.

excellent location, quiet and perfect for relaxation.
The private pool was clean and equipped with Jacuzzi function.
The staff were very helpful. I was able to check in the room very early as I arrived to Phuket in the morning.
The breakfast restaurant has no AC.
The variety of food could be improved.

The staff where exceptional would do anything to help, so friendly and kind. The spa staff were very knowledgeable, I would recommend a full body massage. The breakfast was fantastic so much to choose from. The restaurant manager was helpful in suggesting place of interest so was the reception staff.
Loved the pool one of the best features, also the pool bar and restaurant. Happy hour.
To much stairs.. but the staff was willing to drive you up and bring you down. we walked down a lot, but used the ride up in the last few days. I think it would be more cost effective especially during high season when there’s lots of guest, or maybe a walk way.. I don’t know just a suggestion.

+ The staff is very helpful and nice.
+ The shuttle services are good.
+ The view is decent.
+ The pool is okay.
- Very hard beds
- Old and uncomfortable furnitures
- Poor internet connection
- Things are not maintained well such as loose phone cables, cables, cabinet shutters
- Very small gym
- The breakfast options are almost always the same and often lack proper refilling (e g meat). Bad quality coffee/options.
I don't know how they passed the bar for a 5-star hotel. It's a solid 4-star. I think they should send in a team to fix things up as it does have potential.

We were offered an upgrade at check in for a slightly lower cost. it was well worth the extra money! our room had its own private pool and the most amazing views. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get out if it in the morning!
it was based on a hill so if you are unfit you may struggle getting up and down to your room.

The nearest beach was very nice and there is a beach close by where you can go for snorkeling. The hotel provided us with bikes. There is a nice viewpoint close to the hotel. There are some nice restaurants and cafes in the town (walkable distance cca 20-25min).
Upon our arrival (late in the evening), the hotel gave us an upgraded room which was very nice at the beginning. Unfortunately, there were tons of mosquitos in our room and a big cockroach. The personnel at the reception was cooperative and provided us with a new room. The new room was ok since we stay only two days but overall the rooms could be cleaner, towels and sheets are old and nothing that you expect in a 5-star hotel. The hotel is on the hill so there are a lot of stairs and walking. The restaurant does not have air conditioning, and the food was average. Next time we would definitely stay somewhere else.

location, swimming pool, breakfast, restaurant (food in general), some decor.
-We decided to go to this hotel, as Amex was one of the payment available at this hotel. We have messaged the hotel several times before arriving in regards to the Amex payment. The link was sent for the payment where the Amex option was there, however not working. When we arrived to the hotel we explained what was happening with the link and they said we could pay with physical card. We tried with a physical card and was enable to proceed with the payment. Again, did not work. Bare in mind that we only choose hotels that we can pay with Amex.
The manager came and said that was a problem with the card machine for the payments with Amex, and it was requested to make the payment with another card. This is was really upsetting for the reasons mention above and also because we were left with no other option to choose another hotel.
After 9 nights, upon check out, we asked if the card machine for Amex was fixed and we were told that they don’t accept any payments with Amex when they is showing as one of the payment method on the link/website.
-The distance from the lobby to the room (5 set of stairs from the restaurant to the room). The lift stops at the restaurant and then you gain access to the room from there. There’s no direct lift to the rooms
-The gym is claustrophobic with very old equipment. It doesn’t fit more then 2 people. Note: ( a lot of mosquitos inside).
-We stayed 9 nights and we enrolled there -Green program- where we chose the days we wanted the room to be cleaned. After cleaning we found dust on the furniture, including toilet. The mirror was poorly cleaned and the sink was dirty.

The property and location was calming and beautiful
The Food is not exactly value for money. There could be improvements in the lunch and dinner menus and buffets. The breakfast was decent though.
9.0 / 10.0
location close to beach and serviced by shuttle every half an hour
shuttle to take up and down hotel as it is huge and steep (many stairs to climb up and down
clean, responsive, and generous staff
great breakfast buffet
too many stairs to go up and down restaurant, pool and lobby.
lobby hidden, and impersonal, does not match the grandiosity of the hotel
room lighting is weak
7.0 / 10.0
Staff are generally nice and friendly. Especially the the restaurant staff and the shuttle car drivers. Also it’s relative close to the Nai Harn Beach.
it’s not too far from the beach, however there aren’t many restaurants and other shops within the walking distance. Also there’re many stairs to climb if you don’t want to bother asking for the shuttle service between the lobby and your room.
The TV is quite old and does not support Youtube and other apps so won’t be able to cast the content you want to watch from your mobile.
The pool is open between 9am and 7pm only, which is not great if you want to take an early or late swim.

near to beach and plus shuttle. nice pool.
room smells, especially toilet. Aircon and ventilation not working properly. housekeeping forgets to replace towels after cleaning for two days in a row. beach shuttle ends too early at 530 (to beach) and 630pm (back from beach).

parts could use a clean, stairs and glass around the pool

A lot of sand fills the floor of my room. I think they clean the room too fast.
