About this house rental
City of Palm Springs Permit No. 4190. This luxury home was published in GRAY magazine, Palm Springs Life, and received a Luxe Magazine award for Architecture. Designed by the owner-architect with a resort-like pool plus 25-yard lap pool, fireplace, and luxury kitchen with an Italian range, all hidden away on a secluded property just a few minutes walk from downtown Palm Springs. We cater to guests looking for luxury and extreme privacy. NOTE - the minimum age for rentals in the City of Palm Springs is 25 years.
The house was custom designed with bespoke cabinetry and furniture, raw brass hardware, and commercial-grade bi-fold doors for ideal indoor-outdoor living. A built-in bocce court in the back and a great collection of pool toys and custom linens provide all of the accessories you need for the perfect Palm Springs experience. Sit by the outdoor fireplace and watch the sunset over the San Jacinto mountains, a barbeque by the pool or cuddle up by the fire and watch a movie on the television. If you're a swimmer there's a 25-yard, two-lane lap pool so you can stay fit during your stay. If lounging around is more your speed there are plenty of pool toys as well as a waterfall and built-in concrete benches and lounge chairs for napping in the sun or the shade. There is a newly-installed outdoor shower with hot and cold water right by the pool. Two enormous date palm trees provide a bit of tropical ambiance and shade around the pool. With the fourth bedroom set up as a "bunk room" you can bring a few kids or even adults can share the room, as each bunk has a curtain to draw for privacy.
The pool is as large as some boutique hotels, with 37,000 gallons of water to relax, play, and exercise. For guests who would like the pool heated to 82/84 degrees, we do ask for payment prior to your arrival of $100 per day of your stay. Check with us to find out the weather during your stay, as there are many months of the year when heating isn't necessary.
Please note we have a whole-house water softener plus a reverse-osmosis filter for drinking water at a dedicated tap on the kitchen island (although all water is perfectly safe to drink). (All faucets have the latest low-flow water restrictors which aerate the water a bit, making it looks a bit white and bubbly immediately from the tap, but then is clear.)
A Ring doorbell with a camera at the front door records video. There are 3 "dummy" cameras at each outside corner of the property only to deter potential crime when the house is empty.
Cleaning included in rental price.

We have a sibling trip every year and this year was made even better by choosing a shared home instead of 4 separate hotel rooms. The house was immaculate and very comfy. The pool was amazing and communication was flawless. Highly recommend.

Immaculate property with all the upgrades and trimmings you would want. The property manager Steve and owner Jill were most accommodating and flexible. We are hoping to rent again, which we have never done before with any other property.

My family and I (husband and two kids - ages 13 and 10) had a wonderful and relaxing Holiday weekend at this property. It was just the four of us, but we certainly would have still felt comfortable if another family joined us. The home is only 2,500SF, but it lives much larger than that. The ceilings are at least 10', the layout is extremely thoughtful and the outdoor living space is ample. In addition, the interior finishes are stunning. We loved all the attention to detail. The property is very private, even though you are in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. My husband and I enjoyed long walks around town in the mornings, enjoying the quintessential Palm Springs architecture. We will definitely return.

What becomes immediately apparent about this property is the attention to detail in every aspect - every single thing from the overall architecture of the home, to the spectacular swimming pool, to the interior decor, to the concrete floors with inlaid tile, to the soap bottles in the showers. Thought and care went into literally everything and the outcome is a place that feels awash in luxury, serenity and harmony within its surroundings.
Upon driving through the gate, there is an immediate sense of privacy that continues throughout the entire house, in spite of very large glass doors and windows everywhere and a perfectly executed feeling of indoor/outdoor living. This is a place where you need never close the curtains and the mountains glowing red in the sun feel like your next door neighbor.
The location is also perfect for easy access to just about everywhere. That it sits across the street from the lovely Ruth Hardy Park is just a bonus.
Add to all of the above a host and property manager that are terrific. Jill, thank you for letting us stay in your incredible home, which should be a case study in design. Steve, thank you for taking such good care of us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house was lovely and exactly as presented online. Liason with the owner before-hand was prompt, polite and she kindly obliged us with a very early check-in so my husband could get set up for a meeting. Terrific large pool and lovely areas around the pool to hang out. Large bbq/ grill and well equipped kitchen which we used. We would certainly return. Thank you also to Steve the house manager who was fantastic.

Jill was extremely accommodating! The house was incredible in every sense, every amenity available. Wish the Primary had a TV, but such a beautiful place, it wasn’t needed. Will definitely stay again!
