The owner cancelled at the last minute. We were headed from GA to NC for Thanksgiving. We had all the food and supplies for Thanksgiving lunch.
We were meeting our son that I haven’t seen in a year. We had no where to go! We are so 😡 and hurt, our check in time was 3:00pm and we didn’t hear from the owner until 5:00 pm. VRBO virtual response - We are sorry! They finally told me they would pay for 1st night in a hotel. There contract says 3 nights. We will be getting a lawyer!!!

The property is super clean, quiet and had everything you may need including supplies for making coffee in the morning! It's just a short stroll to many places to eat or have a drink down town. The waterfront in Washington is spectacular and a must see!

Unfortunately property AC was not working. Property manager notified me in advance. He had another property that he allowed us to stay in. Which is why I can not rate listed property. But if the home close to the heart of downtown Washington is anything like where we actually stayed then i will definitely try to book the property again if in Washington in the future.

My son and I came into town for his baseball tournament. This was the perfect location to travel back and forth from the field. The property was very clean and newly refinished. Wi-Fi a little spotty, but outside of that, a great place to stay

Loved the house. Very clean with a nice kitchen and living room. The two bedrooms were nicely done.

Very clean new home. Easy to find close to downtown. 2 bedroom house located on a second floor. Was a little hard for handicapped and elderly.
Recommendation is to have a welcome book of how to use tv, Wi-Fi password and restaurants and things to do around town.
All in All very nice place.

We may have been the first guests in this brand new house. The construction still needs a few more punch list items taken care of but its a great place to stay.
