Great basement suite in a safe area. Ample street parking. Easy access to the unit with nice amenities. The sauna is amazing! Would stay again.

The property was exactly as described, very clean and our host was communicative. My mom is picky about location, safety and cleanliness and it passed with flying colors! Great neighborhood with plenty to eat and drink in the area, with bus lines just steps away and a good walking distance to the L. As a former local and now tourist, I would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this property! Not only did we feel safe, but it was very comfortable for a family of three. The sauna was so amazing, and relaxing. The home was clean and has everything you need. Our hosts were so kind to let us borrow some sweats when our luggage didn’t make it in our plane and arrive at 11:00 pm. They went above and beyond. Definitely willing to stay here again in the future .

Great location, very pleasant accommodation and the sauna really set it above and beyond.

Had a good time in this studio. Located right off main area just outside wicker park. Lots of restaurants and stores near by and also lots of Uber and Lyfts available to get around.
Only negative was no access to a washer and dryer so for extended stays need to identify a laundry close by.

Property was exactly as described. Clean. Good location. Parking was on the street but plenty to choose from.

I came to Chicago for work and a fun long weekend with a friend. Erin and Charles’s studio was our home base for an amazing Chicago summer weekend. It was clean, cool, and had every amenity that we needed to be comfortable. Even though the weekend was hot, we used the sauna and loved it. Parking on the street was a breeze, and their street is quiet and peaceful, but not far from some great restaurants, bars and the train - great location. Erin and Charles were great hosts - friendly and helpful and great communicators. I hope to stay here again! Thank you for your kindness and welcome!

Very comfortable and easy access. We were visiting our son who lives in Bucktown and this was extremely close and much more convenient than staying downtown

Perfect for our stay visiting our daughter. It was clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated and the little touches like coffee & creamer, tea and honey made us feel right at home.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Great restaurant 20ft walk. Really enjoyed our stay. Only downside was parking - we didn't venture far, we worried we wouldn't find parking when we came back. Nice thing was two really good restaurants with in walking distance. Would stay again. Definitely enjoyed our stay

The place was very clean and well appointed. Easy to check in and get in. Comfortable bed and good communication with owners. Could use a more comfortable couch, but we’d absolutely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this property & it was as enjoyable & relaxing as the first.
The communication from Charles & Erin is always excellent.
Check in is a breeze. On street parking is easy which is a very big plus for me. The unit is always clean, quiet & comfortable.
The area has many restaurants & access to the city is easy.
We look forward to our next stay

Our party of 3 came into town for a wedding. Communication with the host prior to our arrival was excellent. We easily found the apt, great instructions given by host. Getting into the apt was easy! The place was very nicely decorated. The king bed was comfortable and the apt was quiet for sleeping. The pull out couch wasn't great for sleeping. The sauna was a nice edition, I did use it once during our stay. It was easy to operate. We did not cook any meals during our stay. We did eat at some good restaurants nearby the apt. There were plenty of extra blankets in the apt, which I appreciated! Nice pressure in the shower. An excellent stay, highly recommended!

Lovely lower level studio, would definitely recommend. Comfy bed, excellent shower, well stocked kitchen, and very, very quiet.

Very tasteful design of a garden level studio apartment. The sauna and jet tub make this a special get-away bonus for people in Chicago on business.

Charles and Erin's place was the perfect, private space for our few days in Chicago. You're able to walk to the Western or Damen station for the L if you need, otherwise you'll find some gems simply walking around Wicker Park and those train stations! Our favorite spot was brunch at Barbaro Taqueria, it was too perfect. Overall, the unit was comfortable to wake up in and come home to.

Plenty of space - including the closet - a treat compared to hotels. Very quiet considering it's just a block off of North. Easy walking (10 -25 minutes) to a variety of dining or drinking options. We didn't use the kitchen a lot, but it is fairly well equipped. Nice to have coffee and tea supplies provided. Couch as sleeper sofa may not be very comfy but we didn't need it for that. Sauna is a nice plus.

Cute place. Easy street parking. Love the easy access to whatever the raised bikeway/walkway w/running lanes thing is called & all the parks it connects. Enjoyed the sauna after a great morning run. Had a couple of amazing breakfasts at the Sun Rey Cafe (minutes walking distance).

Property is as described. Very clean and updated. Bed was a very comfortable king size. Kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. We never had troubles finding a spot for parking on the street near the house. The owners were very accomodating with us when we had delayed arrival and departure due to flight issues.
I think there must be an AC unit or a furnace inside one of the closet which was a little noisy when we arrived, but owner must be aware of that and we did not hear it at night. Also basements in general can get a little chilly when AC goes in the rest of the house, something to keep in mind in general.
Overall this was the best stay on this trip so far and I would definitely recommend the place.
