Welcome to the Moab Inn Towner!
Our newly renovated unit is located in the heart of downtown, steps away from dining, shopping and local favorites. Near Arches, Canyonlands National Park & Dead Horse Point State Park and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our space is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our layout and location is great for couples, families, friends, business travelers, groups, and all adventurer's seeking what the area has to offer!
The Space:
Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms; master bedroom features a king size bed and the second guest room has a twin over twin size bunk bed. The living room sectional pulls out into a queen size bed with plenty of space to spread out making this unit a great option for a small family or group of friends. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. This unit is also ADA compliant with thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable.
Another great feature of this unit is its location - just steps from downtown Moab! You'll be within easy walking distance of some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment in town. Wake up to fresh coffee from Moab Coffee Roasters across the street or grab a bite to eat at the nearby cafes like Moab Garage Company, Doughbird or the famous Jailhouse Cafe before heading out to explore the stunning natural landscapes that Moab is known for.
Speaking of natural landscapes, this unit is just a 5-minute drive from Arches National Park and only 30 minutes from both Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. The scenic drive to each of these parks is not to be missed.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and cozy and clean and had everything we needed.

It was cute, modernized and just pleasing to be in. And the location was PHENOMENAL. You could easily walk to anywhere on the main street and we're eight next to a co-op grocer and across the way from the food truck plaza and coffee spots. I plan on going back to Moab and want to come back to this property.

Property is wonderfully located in downtown, just a block off main Street. Tyler and Haley could not have been more helpful and attentive. There was an air conditioning problem in the unit and they sent someone over right away to resolve it. The place is really made for a couple and two children. The second bed, a bunk bed, was tough for my 6'2" brother. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here on our trip to see all of the Utah rocks. Was such a great location and could walk to the restaurants in Moab. Property was clean and spacious!

This condo is just 1 block off the main road in Moab but surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Tastefully furnished and comfortable. Can't imagine a better place to stay in Moab.

Advertised as 2 bedroom-the 2nd “bedroom” is an open alcove w bunk bed. No door or privacy. The HVAC system was incomprehensible even after a phone call with the management. Great location and a nice clean new remodel. Would stay again but only with family, not just friends due to lack of privacy

The Unit was very clean and well furnished and stocked. It was a great location - easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Parking was easy and convenient and managers were very responsive.

We loved our stay here! Everything was great. The location was near coffee shops that we went to each morning, next to a grocery store, and walking distance to many things! Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Our unit was perfect! We were close to Main Street, 1/2 block (but no noise). The unit was very well appointed, smartly laid out and very clean. I would highly recommend this unit. Our host was great!

Cute apartment centrally located. Nice furnishings and finishes. It was a comfortable stay for our party of 3. Just be aware the bunk room has no privacy and the shared bath is right next to bunk beds. Therefore good set up for families. A little awkward for friends in that there’s no privacy for those using bunk beds or anyone using bathroom sinks. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the unit!

I booked this place months ago when there weren’t any reviews and the official pictures hadn’t been posted (just drawings at that time). In other words, I took a chance. So glad I did. The location is nothing but perfect. Walking distance to all restaurants and not even a block from Main Street (route 191). Clean, easy check in & check out, had everything we needed. My favorite part was how comfy the living room furniture was. Toilet and shower separate from vanity and sinks which are nice when multiple people are getting ready. I would note that the air conditioning was a bit off but we bought a cheap box fan and it worked wonders. We left if so hopefully the owners keep it there for other renters to use or bought another for the property. We did bring this up during our visit and the owners were very responsive!! This is just a warning, and I wouldn’t let that affect your decision to book. I highly recommend this property and would rebook if we were ever back in Moab.

Very new, clean, large space, athletically beautiful.
AC cant keep up with heat and only 1 vent in living room, with a make shift vent in bedroom. Bedroom stayed warmer.
This would not deter me from staying again as we loved it but, should be noted.
Look forward to coming back soon and staying in this same home...
