Enjoy your stay in the city limits of Moab in this sought-after Cottonwoods Townhome! Single-level, open floor plan with an uncommonly large living area! Comfortable, spacious, clean and homey. Home backs up to the open space and wonderful trails of the Mill Creek Parkway. Private and gated side and back yard.
FANTASTIC LOCATION! Close to the fun of Moab's Main Street core, yet located in a quiet area adjacent to the Millcreek Parkway trail (you might see a herd of deer or flock of turkeys if you look!). A pleasant 10 minute walk or short bike ride to the wonderful shops and restaurants of Main Street! Five minute drive to Arches National Park...
PRIVATE YARD: After your active outdoor day, relax on the rear patio while taking in the view of the red rocks of the Moab Portal and Rim. A second patio with dining area available off of the living room...sunny for morning coffee, shaded in the afternoon. Plenty of outdoor seating for dining 'al fresco'. Back yard is nicely landscaped, and is private, fenced and gated. Large gas BBQ for your use with backup propane tank.
Light a fire in the fire pit on the back patio and enjoy the beautiful night sky!!
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN for cooking. Good selection of spices and oils. Large outdoor propane gas BBQ grill.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Sleeps six adults comfortably, and up to eight or nine with a King in primary bedroom, Queen in second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There is also a comfortable, upgraded queen-sized sofa sleeper (no bars!) in the living room, and a single rollaway bed if needed.
POOL: On Site Year Round Indoor Common Area Swimming Pool adjacent to a grassy lawn...located a few doors away. Sorry, no common area hot tub.
PERSONAL CARE: You will deal with me directly as the owner. I take great pride in this property, and have owned it for over ten years! I am very responsive and have a great team to help should there be any issues during your stay. I love to visit Moab every chance I get, and I would love to share it with you!
PARKING: Attached two stall garage with parking for two cars. Space for two additional cars in driveway in front of garage. Additional parking available on south side of Williams Way on a first-come/first-served basis. No parking on north side of Williams Way.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Mounted outside garage side door facing sidewalk, and inside garage facing large garage door. No cameras are inside living space.
ARCHES NATIONAL PARK: If planning on visiting the park April through October, please be aware that you will need to reserve a timed entry pass ahead of time. Visit the park's website for more details.
RECOMMENDATIONS: You can look up specific directions online, or check with Moab Visitor Center. They are a great source for information, maps and brochures!
* Hikes: Grandstaff Canyon, Corona Arch (this is off Potash Rd), Hidden Valley
* Drives: Deadhorse Point (Bring a picnic and enjoy sunset!); Scenic River road from Moab towards Cisco . You'll pass Castle Valley, Fisher Towers, and many trails and interesting places to visit.
* Restaurants: Pasta Jays, Zax, Miguels, Moab Diner and Jailhouse Cafe for breakfast, Moabilla Quesadilla food truck for gourmet quesadillas! Many new restaurants to try!
* Must dos: Hike to Delicate Arch (plan accordingly...! It's busy! ), Fiery Furnace if you can obtain permit. Day raft trip during summer ( go with smaller outfitter for better experience!)
* Activities: Petroglyphs (ancient Native American rock writings) are everywhere...Visitor Center has great guide to many.
* Dinosaur Tracks! Visitor Center has specific directions. There are many interesting sites nearby!

This was our first trip to Moab and we couldn’t have been with our stay at Margo’s townhouse! It was very clean upon arrival and the pictures were spot on! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Loved the big shower in the primary en-suite. We did not use the kitchen, but it was definitely well-stocked. We really appreciated having the coolers and ice packs to bring food with us on our adventures.
Moab itself is a fantastic town. With phenomenal scenery, it’s hard not to be fantastic! Thai Bella was our favorite restaurant. For a seriously sweet treat, stop by Doughbird and try the salted caramel crodough!
We appreciated our stay in Moab and specifically at Margo’s townhouse. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place, clean and well-located for walking to downtown Moab. Furniture, etc., was in good shape. Kitchen had lots of dishes and utensils. It was quiet,and we did not hear any traffic from hospital was across the street. The owner quickly responded to a few questions. Would stay there again.

The house was exactly as posted. Very clean and spacious. We spent most of the time inside just relaxing. Loved the kitchen- it was my happy place. Would highly recommend!

This is a great property in Moab. It is well represented in the pictures. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with all you need. A huge living area set up into two spaces that can accommodate a large group. There are two separate outdoor spaces also. Having access to the garage was great and for bicyclists she has a bike rack and bike work stand available.
After a day out recreating it is a very comfy place to relax. The location is perfect, easy access to the parks and town. Margo is a great host and responded quickly to a minor question. I would highly recommend a stay at this property!

This house is close to town, and easy driving to both Arches and Canyonlands parks. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and walkable. We were able to park our rental car in the garage, which made packing and unpacking very easy. The weather was quite warm during our visit, but the A/C, fan, and high ceilings kept the house very comfortable. We stayed for 6 nights and cooked in a couple times and went out for dinner in town a couple times. The kitchen is well-equipped and had plenty of supplies, including basic spices, which were much appreciated. We used the grill, which worked great. We also made good use of the cooler during our outings to the parks. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Our stay in Moab was amazing. We have adult children and we love the outdoors, and our first trip to Moab could not have been better!
Marge was a super responsive host. The home was perfect - we grilled on the gas grill one night for dinner and sat outside in the gated yard at the table.
The family room was large enough so that our family of 5 could spread out but still feel like we were together.
The location was perfect - we walked to downtown for coffee each morning.
Marge was super responsive with the directions on how to check in and access the place. She also provided us with some great tips to explore while we were there. I cannot wait to return when it's below 100 degrees F!

Would recommend this property and host. We unfortunately had issues and could not stay, but the host was helpful and sounds like the issues have resolved. Would definitely try to stay here again if we end up back in Moab.

We were in Moab for a MTBing trip. The property is centrally located in Moab so it's easy to get downtown and get to the trails. Great place to stay and explore.

With Moab’s population under 10,000, it was tough to find a place away from the craziness of the downtown scene, so we were very happy to get into this home. Spotlessly clean, spacious and a communicative/responsive host all fabulous. Private/fenced outdoor space with red mesa views perfect for enjoying the gorgeous Moab spring weather. Appears to be surrounded by mainly other rentals, but was mostly quiet during our stay. A terrific location for exploring the area!

We (family of 5, 4 avid mountain bikers) rented this lodging to serve as a base for mountain biking and for visiting Canyonlands and Arches. It was perfect - even had a bike stand and a tire pump. About 100 yards from the bike park, and 1/4 mile from a bike shop that replaced a bottom bracket before a ride. The house is comfortable, peaceful, and was plenty large for 5. We hosted a dinner for 10 total and there was room for that as well. Would rent again!

We rented the unit for a week, celebrating my 60th birthday in my favorite place. The property is perfect, within walking distance of town and great coffee. Well stocked kitchen, big dinning room table for meals and cards! Margo is a great host, very responsive! The property was very clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It is only a short walk to Main Street. Nice yard and comfortable home. Margo was great to deal with! We would definitely stay here again.

It was great. Everything worked and back patio area was great. There is an easy way to get to town the back street way. Only 3 or 4 blocks and you even pass a couple nice bar/restaurants on the way. Will stay again

Very spacious condo with all the amenities of home. 3-4 blocks from downtown. Host Margo was super accommodating. We had a door that needed fixing to lock properly, and she had it taken care of the next day. Lots of nice extras like pool towels, dog beds, coolers, extra bags, etc. All things that are nice extras. Kitchen was super well equipped. Pool is enclosed and therefore was cool. Would be great in inclement weather. Super time and would definitely stay there again with party of 6-8.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family of 5, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out. The living room/kitchen area are very spacious with lots of comfy seating. The location was only a couple blocks from downtown, but the street was very quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor area with lots of seating and two tables. The garage was a nice bonus. Very well stocked with lots of extras. We are already planning another trip to Moab and this house will be at the top of our list for sure.
