Although a nice place in a good location, the check-in details including parking details were woefully suboptimal (no clear location of parking garage and incorrect bay number). In addition, key drop off arrangements were awful and required a lot of to and froing (by us!!) to get sorted out due to early departure. There were also no good suggestions for the area. Step up!

The place itself was great. A few points to note that will make this better for the next person
1. We had the pick up the key via a company called MadeComfy at St Kilda. They were useless. Apart from giving us they key they could not answer any other question. Note even something as simple like "what do we do with the key on departure".
2. The internet name provided was wrong. The information had NOKIA-6681 when in fact it was NOKIA-66B1
3. The unit was referred to as Azure. In fact the unit block is called Saint Moritz. The tower that we were in was called Azure but you don't know this until you are inside the complex.
4. The parking situation was not explained. You actually have to go to reception of the complex and they put your car license plate number into their system to grant you access
