The apartment was clean, easy to access, and in a walkable area of town.

Apartment is in a great location. The window AC unit didn't allow the curtains to be closed and had trouble keeping the living area cool. My son said the pull out sofa was not very comfortable so we put the extra pillows under the mattress. The shower, aside from the curtain issue, leaves a lot to be desired. For the price, we could have stayed in a hotel with a modern shower. Suggest this as an upgrade to the property as well as a larger or multiple AC units. Parking for #4 with a mid sized truck is a challenge.

Old apartment that clearly has had little to no updates or work in a long time. Old dumpy drop ceiling, poorly painted, nail holes everywhere. My daughter was burned in the shower when I used the sink for <10 seconds because of the water system. This is clearly a $500-800/month apartment at best that was converted to a VRBO to make more money with sub par effort.

This is the cutest and best location for an apartment. We loved it and and hope it will be available next year when we come up to visit our family.

Cozy&Cute, and highly practical is #4. Everything you could want in a delightful layout. Views in three directions. And in a village with beautiful homes, good restaurants and interesting attractions. When you walk yourself out, only minimal planning is needed for #4 to be nearby.
