The bed was one of the best I have experienced in comfort and linens. Breakfast had many options.
More light in the room. One of the desks was in the dark. Although there was a lot to select at breakfast, there were no healthy options. Yoghurt was too sweet, with vegetable juice - for color, corn starch & Bioengineered products. Raisin bread tasted like cardboard, bananas were past their expiry time. Omelette barely passed the test. Less but healthier options would be better.

The night I arrived which was the 27th the gentleman at the desk was a big help. A woman was lost and dropped off in the wrong hotel and was extremely upset. He calmed and helped her. A true gentleman. Check in was smooth, room was clean and breakfast was great.
The map sends you to the wrong location but it’s right next door.

Easy access to the highway. Easy check in.
Overpriced for what it was. Feels a bit dated. Room cleanliness was just ok.

The breakfast bar was probably the best I have ever had at any hotel before!!! Great job on the many items to choose from!!!
I had a dog with me which I let them know. I was not informed of the $50 charge for 4 days!!! We only stayed 1 night.

The room could have been vacuumed and it wasn't. The pillows from both beds were on one bed after the room was "cleaned".

The corners in the bathroom were a little dirty

I liked that the pool opened at 6am and the cleanliness of the facility. The staff were all friendly and respectful.
The pool was clean, and not too crowded while I was there. I was able to get a quiet swim in. It was quite relaxing.
The morning person did not have a key to the pool and did not how to open it. (It seemed to be a training issue). The staff was very apologetic and told me to try again at 7am when the next person came in. I would have like the pool to stay open longer (extended hours).
There was also a cockroach in the bathroom where my son was staying on the first night, and a carcass of a cockroach in the bathroom the next day. It was late when they saw the first one and just wanted to go to bed (they did look at floors, the mattresses and corners before making the decision). We talked about keeping bags off the floor or put them in the tub.

centrally located to my family. Near everything.Staff welcoming.Decent breakfast
Had an issue with a traveling kids hockey team disrupting the lounge area. Provided feedback to Josh the GM. He listened to me and comped one night stay. I was very satisfied and felt valued.

We loved this hotel to explore Erie County during the winter. It has a central location and there are a lot of stores and facilities (gas station, Starbucks...) just around the corner. The room was spacious and clean. It offered everything we needed. Fun fact: we were in Hamburg when storm Elliot gave us a visit. We didn't have power for several hours but it was a nice experience: everybody was sitting in the lobby, having a drink and a snack. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I could not imagine a better place to stay when you have to wait until the storm was over.
The pool was out of service and we didn't get our welcome gift as a Hilton golden member (but that didn't bother us at all).

Clean and well maintained.
The front desk associate who checked my boyfriend in, gave us a hard time about our reservation and tried to charge us over $700 for one night when the price we booked under was about $270 per night. We showed the approved confirmation and he still continued to try and charge us over $700. I did change the reservation (only stayed 1 night instead of 2) on December 11th (or 12th) but obviously well in advance from our check in date.

Quiet & clean
Check in was appalling. Had to stand in the foyer & book a room online. Computers not working or the operator didn’t know what to do. No eating facility.

Hallways were not clean. One towel and no wash clothes was provided for two people. Room needed to be vacuumed and had a musty smell to it.
Clean the rooms and hallways thoroughly and be sure the room is stocked with the basics for example towels and washcloths.
