This is a wonderful farmhouse, on a hilltop overlooking the valley of Foligno. Ideal as a base for short trips to the surrounding area (Assisi, the Umbrian countryside, truffle hunting, hikes etc.), or as a place to just relax and idle away at the pool. Excellent homemade, tasty food at very reasonable prices in combination with very friendly and welcoming hosts.
Nothing to not like.

We have been one week with 4 adults and 2 small children in the separate cottage. The cottage is very nice, very clean, in very good condition. The rooms are large and the whole house is very well equipped. Around the house is a large lawn and a small playground, perfect for the children.
Unfortunately, the pool was not yet in operation when we arrived. Due to the bad weather in the weeks before, the water was still very fresh and full of leaves. However, the staff was very dedicated and started cleaning the pool the next day and we were able to swim in it a few times.
The breakfast is great and far exceeded our expectations of an Italian breakfast. There is yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, bread, ham, cheese, lots of homemade cake and super coffee. Dinner is best Italian cuisine and highly recommended. Overall, the hosts are very friendly, helpful and yet not intrusive. A perfect place to feel comfortable and enjoy life!

We really enjoyed the hospitality of the whole family. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the view is amazing, the meals are very tasty and the wine and olive oil are great. You are a wonderful family that knows how to host. We wish you all the best. Thank you very much.

Breakfast was excellent. Dinner excellent. I missed our on the Sunday night dinner, but I knew that beforehand. Although I didn't use the pool, for others it most be an excellent asset. I managed instead a good walk has my enjoyment thanks to a family member of the staff who pointed me in the right direction. The veranda was a lovely placer to seat and relax and reflect early morning. The family staff were very conscientious to make you feel welcome.
The only thing I missed there was no evening meal. But I did know that beforehand. Although one had to have means of getting there - their own vehicle - in my case a taxi - it was well worth it. The host were very good and offered me a life back to the rail station the morning I left which was very kind of them.

A beautiful, traditional agriturismo with gorgeous grounds and a pool. Owners were so friendly and the breakfasts and evening dinners were outstanding.
Nothing. The place was amazing.

After that first night, which was the disaster there was never such a problem. Dinner never lasted so long in other days- we thought that there was family of the owners and some party happening there (on Sunday swimming pool was full with people- looked like in a hotel rather than in agroturismo.
But since Monday it started to be a place where it is calm and where you can chillout.
First night we felt like sleeping in their kitchen- our room was above the kitchen and window was just above trash bins outside- kitchen worked until past midnight and the staff was behaving really loudly- shouting to each other, closing the cupboards and trashes. The night was a nightmare- earplugs were a must use.
There is no air conditioning in the room, althought it is mentioned in room facilities- this is not true. When opening window for fresh air- it got even louder.
When we asked if changing room is possible and explained problem we heard that Italian guys are being loud and that nobody never complained. It was very rude and unprofessional.
There are two cute dogs closed in the small cage, it's very sad and not what you expect in agrotourismo. My husband saw them running in the garden once so hoping that is not rare. But I saw them only in the cage, licking my hands when coming close to them- they are very friendly.

We loved everything: very charming location, surrounded by olive trees, the view from the room and from the terrace is spectacular. Breakfast is a dream: home made, freshly baked cakes, fruits, cheese, prosciutto and very good coffee. Spotless clean rooms. Marisa and the family are lovely people and take very good care of their guests. Their dinner menu is super delicious as well.

Magnificent place, with lovely landlords. Opportunity to try delicous food at place with great local wine and olive oil. Fantastic airconditioning without any blower just cooling from floor. Everything was clean and comfy.
A little dark in the bathroom, not stable wifi connection especially in the room.
