Communication with host was excellent, very friendly and thorough. Our flight was seriously delayed until past midnight and host se t me videos vi WhatsApp on how to locate our rooms. All went well. super comfy beds too. The price was very reasonable, but not great, as I only booked the day before so it was good value compared to what else was then available on line

The host was very kind and insisted a lot on helping us with an early check-in (which we did not initially require but appreciated a lot). Also, she provided us with a lot of useful information about the stay in Mykonos. It was close to the ferry port and the water bus.
The road leading up to the property is quite difficult and unsafe for some. The room had campsite-like facilities and standards. And I know that Mykonos is ridiculously expensive and for the price of a very comfortable room elsewhere, you would get at most a passable one on that island, but I still think my critique should be expressed somewhere. If you are unwilling or unable to spend a lot of money, Mykonos has nothing to offer you, and you will be disappointed. And if you don't mind spending money there (for which you will get a facade of luxury - impressive on Instagram, laughable in reality), you should rent something with higher standards.

Furniture was old, shower very small.

Easy communication
Price way too high

I think this hotel is a good deal for a stop over in Mykonos near the ferry terminal. It is easy to get to the city center via water taxi.
The beds were really hard.

near port & sea bus. good for early departures.
Samina was VERY welcoming with lots of fast communication.
we are fit yet it was a long difficult climb uphill with luggage

Close to new port, walking distance. Room was a good size and the bathroom was very nice.
The bed was really uncomfortable, the mattress was very old.

The room was good, clean.
From the first impression the location seems a bit far from downtown where all the attractions are located, but Semina provided useful information that there is a water taxi just in front of hotel for 2 euro. Trip takes just few minutes and run very often. We used it all the time, very convenient and you do not need to sleep in the noisy city center.
Semina has been very helpful, she perfectly organized the taxi from airport to hotel. The driver was waiting for us.
Thanks Semina!

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and had a balcony.
The accomodation was difficult to find, and the street and area around could be better mantained.

This is a great location if you don't want to be downtown. Super responsive. I liked it was up the hill so you can see out to the water from the balcony (it's steep or $15 taxi). LOVED the solid wood shutters to keep out light. Staff was great!
The bathroom is smaller than the standard old European baths. Couldn't stand in the shower without the shower curtain touching me.

The location is perfect if you want to stay away from the noisy center (only a few minutes from there anyway). Cleanliness and guest care were perfect.

- On the map the location looks good as only about 10-15 mins walk from New Port
- welcoming host
-The journey from the new port takes you:
1) Along a new path beside the water BUT instead of smooth finish its constructed with cobblestones so bumpy when towing suitcases
2) Then you have to walk along a busy 2 lane road with trucks and buses passing, with no footpath - as a civil engineer with over 35 years experience I was appalled by how dangerous this was
3) Then, when you get to the sign for Megas Rooms there is a very very steep corrugated concrete driveway to pull your cases up - we are in our late 60s and luckily a kind young guest helped to carry our large case up
(we later discovered that if you take the laneway before the Megas Rooms sign then turn right , there is a slightly better access , albeit steep.
- Our room (no 5) smelt of drains
- the shower is very small and has a shower curtain instead of glass screen - these are common in Greece though

super close to the port and lovely staff! perfect for what we needed for 2 nights in Mykonos!

The room was good, clean.
The position is perfect if you have to reach the ferry port, but also if you want not to have problems with parking.
If you use public transports the Sea bus will bring you to the old port or to Mykonos centre in few minutes.
Semina has been very helpful, she can support you with car/bike reservations or suggest you good bar and restaurants during your stay!
The shower curtain is not clean, i would strongly recommend to change it.
To get to the accommodation there is a fairly steep climb, so maybe I wouldn't recommend it for people with some movement difficulties if they don't have a car.

The apartment was very clean!
Semina was very lovely and helpful!
The view was very nice.
Well it is Mykonos so prices are all up in the sky so is it for the apartment.
Always if you opened the water it smelled like mold.

I liked that the room had a small private balcony. The AC was working properly. The hotel is close to the new port where you can take a seabus (2€) to get to the old port and Mykonos town (though walking to the port is a bit challenging as it is close to the road).
Semina was amazing and helped us with all our enquiries- thank you again Semina!
The room isn’t soundproofed at all: I could hear people talking all night long and the neighbors taking a shower. The beds aren’t confortable (twin beds). The cleanliness could be better in the bathroom.

you need to climb long way up

The staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions and advices. The room is a bit small and clean. They give you fresh towels every day.
The air conditioning was a bit difficult to use but we didn't need it much.

It’s a good place near to the new port. There is a seabus Transport option 5 mins from the apartment which takes you to Mykonos city center almost every 30 mins before 10pm. So we didn’t even need another transport option.
The rooms were clean and spacious and had good AC and fridge
The host came almost 30 mins later to give the keys. However she was nice enough to allow us to store our luggage much before at the reception. So not really a big deal.
The biggest issue was that the shower is way too small when you close the curtains. If you’re tall or slight built (fat) it’ll be extremely hard to wash your feet as well. But it was manageable as we had similar experiences in another hotel at another island.
There is a deep steep climb to the hotel from the Main Street which can be difficult with heavy luggage or after you’re drunk 😅

It was a nice hotel overlooking the port of Mykonos. The staff was unbelievably sweet and caring. The room had a huge balcony which makes the stay even more wonderful. This place is close to the port and hence you can take the Sea Bus to the old port
The bathroom shower is a bit too small and the wardrobes were not opening fully.

very clean and well equipped, the staff were so friendly and accomidating for all of us. I had requested a fan and they especially bought one for me to ensure I was comfortable. Semina and Anisa were so friendly, and I loved chatting to Anisa on my last day who made me feel so welcome even though my check out time had passed! thank you girls, you’re fab!!
