INTERIOR
Villa of 230m2 with a plot of 1500m2 composed of 5 bedrooms and a large room facing the pool.
The living / dining room with an area of about 80m2 has large openings overlooking the pool and the terrace.
The villa is also equipped with a modern kitchen (2 refrigerators, grain machine, capsule machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, etc.) and a scullery with wine cellar, a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace, a dining room for 12 people and an outdoor terrace with barbecue for unforgettable evenings outdoors.

The sleeping area is composed on the ground floor of 4 bedrooms and a master suite upstairs.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (160* 200) with shower room, toilet and closet. Pool and garden access.

Bedroom 3 / cinema room: 2 * Queen size beds (160 *200 - trundle bed) that can accommodate 4 people. The room is composed of a toilet and hand wash and a storage chest of drawers. The room is composed of a retro-projector and a white canvas. Ideal place for children. Accessible only from the garden. Pool and garden access.
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen size bed (160* 200) with shower room, toilet and closet. Accessible only from the garden. Pool and garden access.
Bedroom 5: Master suite with a King Size bed (180 * 200) with dressing room, shower room, toilet and a large shaded terrace.
EXTERIOR
The villa is composed of a beautiful heated swimming pool of 10m * 5m with alarm. The area around the pool is beautifully landscaped with sunbathing areas and relaxation areas with mattresses and cushions.
A petanque court is located at the back of the villa. The space is illuminated with a relaxing seating area and speakers are integrated to enjoy the music while playing.
An outdoor dining area is equipped with a WEBER charcoal barbecue.
A table tennis table is available.
An outdoor toilet is also available.
EQUIPMENT
The villa is equipped with a mosquito repellent system all around the villa.
The villa is equipped with WIFI and is fully domotized: underfloor heating, shutter, lighting, alarm.
The villa is fully air-conditioned (individual in each room)
Speakers are installed inside and outside the villa.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The tourist tax in force will apply depending on the number of adults per night.
A deposit via bank imprint will be requested before entering the premises: 6000 euros.

The villa is ideally located for exploring the surroundings, with restaurants and shops nearby. Pinarello Beach is just a 7-minute walk away via a small private path, offering a beautiful white sandy beach and crystal clear water.
Porto-Vecchio is located 16.8 km from Porto-Vecchio and 4.6 km from Saint Lucia.
