INTERIOR
The villa is composed of a very spacious entrance hall serving either the sleeping area, or the living / dining room and kitchen area. A guest toilet is also available in the entrance hall.
The living space is bright with beautiful openings overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool.
This space consists of a dining area with a beautiful wooden table that seats 12 people, a seating area with TV and a kitchen with central island.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, a freezer, two ovens, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, two dishwashers, a kettle, a toaster, a wine cellar, an ice maker.
A laundry room adjoining the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and a slicer.
The villa is composed of 6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms :
MASTER SUITE: King Size bed (180 * 200) with bathroom with bathtub and two showers, WC, desk and storage cupboard. The room has a terrace overlooking the pool.

The villa has a beautiful outdoor area with a large terrace, a pool house, a petanque court, a covered terrace equipped with a dining area with barbecue / plancha and an outdoor kitchen, all facing the pool.

The tourist tax in force applies per adult per night.
A deposit of 6,000 euros will be requested by bank imprint before check-in.
Pets are not allowed.
It is forbidden to smoke inside the villa.
Youth groups are not allowed and parties are prohibited.
The villa is located in a residential area, it is essential to respect the neighborhood. No noise pollution allowed after 22:30 p.m.
