The master bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and pool access from the terrace. Bedroom 2 and 3 also feature king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, and pool access from the terrace. The loft has a King bed and two cots, perfect for children or friends.
A highlight of the property is its private pier in the lagoon, providing guests with exclusive access to one of the most beautiful natural wonders in the world. From here, you can embark on unforgettable adventures, such as snorkeling, kayaking, or simply soaking in the sun and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. After a day of exploration, gaze at the stars and enjoy movies on the big screen with the overhead projection system.
Airport transfers from Cancun International Airport are included in your stay, making it easy to begin your dream vacation as soon as you arrive. Your stay at Casa Cantarena also includes personalized service from a full-time staff of four, including a Villa Manager, chef, butler, and housekeeping.
**A 3% service fee is included in the final accommodation fare

-Day Passes are available for $75 USD per person per day

-Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed.It is also important to note that roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved and therefore distances and times may vary depending on the season and road quality/condition
-Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed)

-Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year
