While it offers 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom on the 1st floor, interior staircase is required to access the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd floor - Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the back of the house facing toward the dock, and 1 camera is located on the side of the house facing toward the front entrance of the home. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion - Boat parking is not available for guests at the property - The property sleeps 6 adults comfortably, but can accommodate up to 14 guests total with space for 8 children on 8 twin mattresses
