Parfait

Incroyable, appartement luxueux d’une propreté remarquable, personnel très agréable et aimable. Très contente de mon séjour, et l’appartement et très bien placé. FONCEZ SANS AUCUNE HÉSITATION

De gros dysfonctionnement

Emplacement a 50m du tramway. Commerces a proximité

Médiocre à tout point de vue dans la gestion des problème. Appartement pas nickel au niveau robinetterie de la douche et toilettes. Vieilli mal et réparation a faire... Les pieds dans l'eau car sdb ayant des problème de fuite, cabine de douche fissurée TV qui ne marche pas, pas assez de serviette de toilettes, ni torchon (même après avoir demandé ça n arrive toujours pas) odeur bizarre, ascenseur en panne, pas de machine a café, décoration cassée, brûlure de cigarettes sur la Gestionnaire de location avec manque de professionnalisme. De gros progrès à faire. Pas à la hauteur du descriptif. Je vais faire une réclamation car ce qui c est passé n est pas du tout normal.

Mooi appartement mooie locatie

Locatie is top alles is te doen op loopafstand. Lift is klein maar handig. Service kon je goed bereiken via de app en je vragen stellen, als je wat vraagt doen ze hun best om alles voor je te regelen.Baby bedje was er eerst niet maar werd snel geregeld omdat ik Dat echt nodig had voor de baby. Fijn was dat er een schoon sponsje en afwasmiddel in de keuken stond. Aparte slaapkamer was fijn met kinderen, en aparte eettafel.

Het was niet schoon, dat is heel jammer want het is een super mooi appartement. Tapijt was erg vies geen schoonmaak artikelen of stofzuiger dat je eventueel zelf schoon kan maken. Douche kraan was stuk, water liep over de vloer. Toen ik dat melde kwam er gelijk een dame het water in de douche opdweilen. Maar waste vervolgens de dweil in de wc pot, en ze maakte zo de vloer schoon. Ben daar van geschrokken zo onhygiënisch en heb daarna zelf alles schoongemaakt en chloor.

Je n’ai pas l’habitude d’écrire de mauvais commentaires mais quand c’est trop c’est trop! Tout d’abord on a dû attendre 1h devant la porte avant de récupérer les clés, le ménage était même pas fait des cheveux qui traînent partout dans l’appartement surtout dans le lit c’était degueulasse mais le pire c’était le matelas! Je ne comprends pas comment on peut laisser un matelas comme ça c’est honteux!!!

Great clean apartment in a great location

Very clean and tidy. Great facilities and everything you need for a great stay. The owner arranged to meet us at the apartment whatever time we needed to give us the keys, this was very useful.

Not value for money. Look for something better

Good location

We are going to give this apartment a very bad review and these are the reasons: Heater doesn’t work. No heater in the living room is a problem. Hot water turned off/unplugged when we got there, so the shower was cold. Toiletries (hand soap, shampoo and body wash) diluted with water to the point of being useless. Kitchen lacks basic equipment: frying pan, small pot, chopping board, mixing bowl, spatula for cooking in the frying pan/eggs. No bowls to eat from. Cutlery dirty. Kitchen needs to be properly cleaned. No hand towel for bathroom. No towel to dry dishes. No floor mat for shower-we used one we found hanging out the kitchen window, which looks like it hadn’t been washed. Because the heater didn’t work, we needed the extra quilts for the bed but they are dirty. The lounge is dirty and should be either steam cleaned or replaced. Dish washing sponge is old and should be replaced. Tea and coffee is not enough. Wifi information supplied was incorrect-we worked it out ourselves. It’s not really acceptable to present the apartment like this and so it is not value for money. We reviewed other people’s reviews and it seems we are not the first people to tell you these things. It’s sad, because the apartment is in a good location and has potential to be really nice. It’s time for you to lift your game mate.

Very Accommodating : The accommodation lived up to its reputation of being accommodating. Our special requests were met with a friendly and positive attitude, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. 3. Brilliant Directions : Finding the property was a breeze, thanks to the clear and detailed directions provided by TT Holidays. It made our arrival stress-free, allowing us to start our stay on a positive note. 4. Khalid's Assistance : Khalid, who assisted us during the check-in process, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Spacious and Modern Property : The Apartment itself exceeded our expectations. The space was not only very nice but also remarkably spacious, with modern accessories that added a touch of luxury to our stay. 6. On-Demand Support : The TT Holidays team remained just a message away throughout our stay, ready to assist and guide us whenever needed. This level of on-demand support enhanced our overall experience and comfort. 7. Oumaima's Star Performance (5/5): Oumaima, our point of contact since booking, was a true star. Her kindness, accommodation, and prompt responses to all our queries were exceptional. We had an urgent requirement for postal service, and Oumaima went above and beyond to assist us. Her dedication and support throughout our stay were invaluable.

I couldn't fault a single thing throughout our stay, and we look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you, Oumaima, and the entire TT Holidays team, for making our time in Rabat truly special.

Appartement quasi fonctionnel

L'appartement rue Dakar est bien situé

Connexion Internet défaillante, pas de service de ménage, il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine. Enfin, l'appartement est beaucoup plus cher que des appartements similaires dans le quartier. Malgré les efforts et la gentillesse de la gérante, l'appartement demande quelques améliorations pour devenir complètement fonctionnel

Joli studio cosy, déco bohème chic, calme et sécurisé, avec tous les équipements nécessaires et dans une zone très accessible. Une gérance très disponible et aux petits soins pour nos moindres requêtes. Je recommande vivement

Nice place and excellent value for the money !

Nice place, in heart of Rabat. The room has all kind of facilities needed for a family stay. We enjoyed very much and would recommend it. We'd definitely come back for a longer stay.

Great modern apartment. Walking distance to the city center, old city, and many attractions. Underground parking below the building.

Superb

Close to merdina, just 10 min walking. You can get to the Tram station in 3 minute. A supermarket is nearby. It's quiet at night.

The contact person can't speak English that makes the communication difficult.

We got a problem with the keys, but the staff tried their best to help us but we still had to wait 2 hours so we give a 6 but without that is an 8, we understood that was not a common situation and they were also really hospitable and nice

Nice and cosy apartment with excellent location

Nice place as pictured. Apartment was very easy to locate and very cosy for our stay. The worker that delivered the keys was very polite, helpful and made us feel very welcomed. I highly recommand the apartment, and I would definitely book it next time I’m in Rabat.
