Was a perfect fit for us… great location, felt safe, and we each had a bed.

Property was clean and in great location, we had no issues with check in or check out. Valet parking was fast, easy and worth every penny! The condo had all of what we needed and a great view. Loved that there were 2 pools, one for kids, as we have 3 little ones and one regular pool. The location was super convenient to the lagoon, where we spent a lot of time with our kids and the beach. Also, in short walking distance of the grocery store and many other restaurants. We loved the fact that we could go right downstairs for coffee and breakfast, as well as ice cream at the shops, or visit the

Older condo building and suite but it still had some nice charm. Cable/Satellite remote did not work. A little disappointed that the suite did not have complimentary coffee for the first night. Some travelers, ourselves included, arrive late and are unable to get out to get coffee grounds for the morning so a small gesture would be appreciated. Otherwise its good little place to stay with a small family.

Location was fantastic and the view was gorgeous. The property manager was easy to get a hold of. The building has food and stores. The pool was nice. Its a couple minute walk from the lagoon at the Hilton. I would highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Ilikai. It was centrally located, which made visiting Pearl Harbor and other places very convenient. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach was a short walk from the suite. We utilized the close by parking garage less than a block away. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Mahalo Jeannie for hosting us!

Enjoyed our stay.

Great location and comfortable stay. It is a bit small for a family, especially with lack of space for luggage, carpet needs a good cleaning and pull out bedding clearly was missed in cleaning, but good value overall for the money. Also, be prepared for limited outlets.

We love the Ilikai and this rental did not disappoint. If you are concerned with privacy as it relates to your fellow travellers, then this is not the place for you - the rental is just one wide open space with two beds and the couch.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view was nice and open. It had all that we needed. The place was very clean and tidy and comfy.
Away from the main Waikiki area, it was still quite a busy place! Ice cream shop was a hit with the kids. Jeannie was helpful in answering any questions as well.

We were happy with the location of the Vrbo. I was pleasantly surprised to find it in a hotel with a cafe and store. A great opportunity for walking nearby. Like the rest of Waikiki, parking is a challenge and expensive. Overall clean and comfortable.

Great location, great view, easy check in, very clean room and hotel, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment definitely served our purposes and we had a worry free stay. The overall property, while a bit older and the elevator access somewhat slow, it was well maintained and with a bit of patience, the elevators were sufficient. The location was beyond perfect!
The apartment was clean and well stocked. The dressers super helpful with a family of 4 as it was a bit small for clothing storage but we knew that when we booked a studio.
Check in was easy. There was no need to contact the host after arrival. She was very helpful when we had asked questions prior to arrival. We would certainly recommend this accommodation to others. The island was beautiful and certainly met the activity needs of travelling with 18 and 20 years old boys. A wonderful vacation!

Location and apartment were great, even with 5 of us. Apartment was clean, location was fantastic. Only issues we had were the elevators were broken/ reduced capacity for the duration of our trip which made for long waits both going up and down of long climbs up the 17 floors (not in the control of the host). Otherwise fantastic place, we would stay there again.

The elevator was broken. It was scary every time that we took the elevator more then 7people it’s making weird sound. Was not good experience to stay there .
Some glass and plates that in my condo was chipped off.the shower curtain was not really strong. Was falling down while my kids taking shower.

Exactly what we were told. Loved location, view, and of course the room. Nice pool, did miss a hot tub.

We were here for 3 nights in January and had a good experience. The location is top notch, just across the street from the beach and the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The unit is fairly high up in the building so lots of elevator time and and the balcony is not ideal for really young kids, but there is a view of the ocean so that's really nice. The pools were good and lots of stuff to walk to.

This room was perfect for our family for a week. We really enjoyed how close everything was and the awesome view. Down fall would have to be the parking, valet parking but very expensive per night. Over great experience would rent again! Easy to communicate with property management.
Thank you for a great stay!

The condo was great and had an amazing view- especially in the early morning and evening for the sunrise/set.

We were recently in Hawaii for a week really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The unit itself was clean and just as pictured. It fit our family of 5 comfortably. Although I might mention that are kids are still “little” (oldest 11 yrs old and youngest 5 yrs old)….but for those with older kids this studio may be a bit cramped, especially if you are utilizing the pull out sofa.
We especially loved all the kitchen amenities, especially the full sized fridge. The unit came with everything we needed…check in process was simple…and communication with the property manager from the booking process through our stay was always fast.
Loved the location of Ilikai. It’s close enough to the strip, but far enough if you don’t want to be in the super busy area. Our favorite breakfast/brunch place “Cinnamon’s” was downstairs AND this unit had a perfect view of the Friday night fireworks from the lanai. We would love to stay here again the next time we plan a trip back to the island :)
