The Space:
Relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay in Waikiki in this 12th floor one bedroom, one bath apartment, located just steps away from the famous Waikiki beach!

Featuring bright decor and natural light, hang out with friends or family in the evening, after exploring this beautiful area during the day! Popular amenities include free WiFi, laptop friendly workspaces, a safe neighborhood and great views!

The apartment features a queen-sized bed, with comfortable bed linens and dedicated central AC. The living room features a couch, which can be used as a bed for additional guests. A coffee table, dining area, large HD television, and high top stools along the counter are perfect for working or for dining!

Enjoy the view overlooking the city on the spacious balcony, and bask in the natural sunlight during the day!

A kitchen area with marble countertops includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and sink, providing you with all of the basic necessities for creating your own meals during your stay!

The bathroom features a toilet, shower, sink and vanity with basic soap and towels included. Featuring bright decor, and a clean modern feel, this apartment is perfect for students, professionals, world travelers, or someone just looking to escape the big city life and stay close to the beach!

Guest Access:
Upon arrival, guests will be provided with a code for a smart lock for entry. This is a private accommodation and the apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home!

Getting Around:
In Honolulu and in Waikiki you can get around by shuttle, taxi, ride-share (such as Uber | Lyft) or public transportation. Many attractions located near the space can be reached by bike or by walking.

Rental cars are in high demand, so please plan ahead in order to secure a reservation prior to arrival. Major rental companies are available inside the Honolulu Airport (HNL).

PARKING OPTIONS:
Marina Parking Garage: this garage is attached to the Ilikai Marina and is very convenient. It is $28/day and is paid directly to the parking attendant and is separate from the booking. Prices are subject to change. Be mindful not to keep belongings and valuables in a parked car. Prices are subject to change.

Street Parking: behind the Ilikai Marina and near the harbor. It’s $1/hr and can be a good option for shorter parking time. Not sure about overnight parking, I have experience with this pre-covid and it was fine but would be mindful not to keep belongings or valuables in the car when parked outside. Prices are subject to change.

Valet Parking: Ilikai Hotel also has a valet parking that is around $45. Note that these prices may be subject to change according to their respective management

If you are taking trips to other islands during your stay, transportation options may vary.

Other Things to Note:
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Our standard check in time is 3:00pm and the standard check out time is 11:00am. Early check in and late check out requests are not guaranteed.

SOFA BED LINENS
We usually don't automatically leave sofa bed linen packs in the unit since it is on a per order basis. You can pay us directly for convenience.

AIR CONDITIONER
Control the temperature by using the up/down buttons. There is a trigger on the patio door that shuts the AC off if the patio door is open.

CABLE TV
On the spectrum remote, press ‘TV’ on top, then press ‘POWER’. TV should power up.

On the TV remote press the ‘CABLE’ button on top, then press ‘POWER’ on the top right. Your cable box should power on and blue light appears on the box.

If the cable box is not showing a blue light, then press the ‘CABLE’ button and ‘POWER’ button again to turn it on. TV should now be on. When changing the channels, always press the ‘CBL’ button first to make sure you are activating cable channels and not TV channels.

PARKING:

Marina Parking Garage: This garage is attached to the Red Lobster on the corner and also a convenient option. It is $28/day and is paid directly to the parking attendant and is separate from this booking. Prices are subject to change.

Metered Street Parking: This is behind the Ilikai Marina and near the harbor. It’s $1/hr and can be a good option for shorter parking times. You may be able to park this way overnight but I would make sure to remove any valuables as this may not be the most secure option. We have done it ourselves and it was okay but we don't know if we would recommend it. Prices are subject to change.

FRIENDLY REMINDERS:

No throwing of parties allowed.

No pets allowed.

This is a non-smoking building. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony (lanai) and in the unit. There's a Smoking Fine of $250.

If towels are damaged to the point that we can't use them for the next guest, we will charge $10/towel (small or large). But we make sure to leave a dark wash cloth for you.

Seems innocent to hang wet beach towels on the balcony rails but sometimes security stares at the balconies, takes a photo and sends them out and those are labeled as citations. There's a $200 fine for that, BOO! They also email us about things being stored on the lanai like surfboards and floaties.

There are no cleaning instructions upon check out but our staff will appreciate it if you can turn off the AC, lock the doors, and make sure that you have all your stuff. If you leave anything behind, it might be difficult to arrange pick up or mail.
