The living areas of this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining table for six, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size and a king-size and twin, along with a bathroom and, at the back door, there are facilities for washing off wetsuits and dogs and a hot shower to warm up after swimming or surfing at the beach. Outside there is a front non-enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Within 1.7 miles or less, you will find a shop, pub and a beach, and please note that this property is pet-friendly, allowing one well-behaved dog, however smoking is not allowed.
